What a great place! There is a vegan ramen section of the menu with three different ramens, and a few other items including impossible bao and gyoza. I thought the ramen was super tasty.

I work nights and happen to oversleep. I arrived at Jinya 8 minutes before they closed. The staff was amazing, they graciously prepared two orders of Tonktsu Black to go. I apologized profusely for the inconvenience, I understood that they were closing but there was nothing in the area still open serving food. I just wanted to thank them publicly.
Have not had a visit where my food wasn't delicious! Servers are nice and provide great service. However, I think they should be more aware of the small entry way/ waitlist area and more eager to accommodate guests sooner. Not sure if it was just our booth, but could really really use some new cushions, there is giant pits in them you kinda just sink into.

Food is great, a tad overpriced in my opinion. but the food is good enough to go once in a while.
My rating for them is due to the lack of proper management and customer service. Upon arrival tables were empty but was told there is a 30-45min wait, the hostess told us the staff are overwhelmed. 😳 Second time I go there, was told they are out of a certain ingredient for their drinks 🍹 Third time was just yesterday when I arrived at the hostess desk, all servers were in the bathroom, literally all of them except for the kitchen cooks. Waited for 10min before the server came back and told us there is a 30min wait time due to having a situation. Suddenly cops 👮 pulling over with another server coming out of the back door with a towel on her head. THE FOOD and DRINKS are good but they some kind of leadership in Customer Service.
