Very good food and T was very knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendation was delicious, I will definitely return when I’m in town.

Stumbled upon this restaurant downtown and it is definitely worth a try. Absolutely loved the service and the food was great! The menu offers a plethora of protein options and accommodates those who are vegetarian/vegan.

Nice location. Not many people. Tables a bit close together for my comfort. Fantastic student waitress. She rocks (inside joke in case she reads this)! First time at a Junta. Good, comforting food. Quite expensive for the portion size.

I ordered the premium tonkotsu red- spice level 2 was perfect for me. The pork was very tender and I thought the flavor combo was well done

Tonight my husband took me out to dinner. I wanted to eat somewhere I haven’t ever tried. I choose Jinya ramen bar! My husband is allergic to sesame seeds and the server was very accommodating and made sure that he knew what was needed for his choices on the menu. All and all the food was amazing, and the seasoned eggs are delicious! If you haven’t tried this I would highly recommend! I had the spicy chicken ramen, and he had build your own!

Wow! What an experience! This will be a regular visit for my family. We had the crispy rice spicy tuna, the buffalo cauliflower, the kids vegan meal,n the spicy creamy vegan ramen, the salmon poke bowl, mochi green tea, and the matcha green tea tiramisu. What an experience! Food was so good. Atmosphere was amazing. Julia, out waitress, was absolutely phenomenal and I don't say that lightly. Great suggestions, personality and attention to detail. 5 out of 5. Will go again.

Best ramen wife and I have had in a pretty big area. Got Togo tonkatsu and chicken. Beautiful poached chicken breast meat and depths of flavor. Can't wait to return.

Food is good but overpriced. I wish they had actual soba noodles. I wish anyone in Athens did. Cold Buckwheat soba noodles are a pretty standard dish during summer in Japan, and it's naturally gluten-free. This place charges an extra $5 to sub out GF kale noodles! Why?! That's such a great way to penalize someone for having an illness. Just carry rice noodles or soba. They are authentic, taste delicious, and don't price gouge your customers. Also, the seat was broken, and I now have a bruise where I sat down on the broken part. Fix your furniture or don't seat people there.
