Hey, when your workers make a drink, could they please not mock the person who asked them to remake the drink in front of them? Just because they’re talking to their coworkers (at full volume) doesn’t mean I can’t hear them :/

I ordered a coffee and asked for soy milk and white mocha. Paid for it and watched my coffee be made 3 times (keep in mind, I was the only waiting and there was no one else in line). First time, water was being added to my cup. Second time, she put half and half and not the soy milk. I politely asked her if it was made with soy milk, and she said she forgot. Went back and made it again. This time, I can audibly hear that the tub of syrup she was using was pumping out air and not white mocha. I let it go because maybe there was some flavor in it. I am drinking it now, and I do not taste a single hint of white mocha.I like the location in Boyd better. They're friendlier and actually know how to make coffee.

Not a great location. They've gotten the order wrong on multiple occasions when it was not busy. They used the wrong milk both times. As a matter of health and safety, this is important. Accidentally using almond or 2% milk might seem like a simple mistake, but to those with allergies and dietary restrictions, such a mistake can be painful, uncomfortable, or life-threatening.Along with that, the new hours are a joke. Reduced from 1 AM to 10 PM is a significant decrease, and the lost resource is detrimental to all student.

You should promote Ansley to team leader. Not only did she craft the perfect caffeinated beverage, she went above and beyond when she noticed my shoe was untied and dove over the counter to assist me so I wouldn't trip. Then, she walked me to my class and even took notes for me so I could enjoy the scrumptious coffee undistracted. How do you find these employees?? Not all heroes wear capes.

Expensive but good with combinations different than your typical coffee shop. Has an earthy taste to the coffee but in my opinion it is still very good.

Had a late night study sesh and had to try the limited edition red velvet latte. I was surprised by the color of the coffee, it was pleasantly red. The coffee honestly just tasted like normal, regular iced coffee. There was no particular flavor that stuck out to me, honestly I wouldn't order this again. There was no flavor of red velvet or even a mocha hint to it. Really don't know what I ordered except for colored iced coffee. It was over $6 for just this coffee which is a little on the expensive side. Won't be adventuring with Jittery any time soon. Just stick to the basics.

Just wanted to say in all of my 54 years I just had some of the best customer service ever. I had ordered two collectible tins for Christmas presents and when they arrived one had been dented fairly bad. I contacted UPS 9 days ago place to complaint got no reply. I sent Jittery Joe’s an email explaining that one of the tins was dented during transit and I was ordering a replacement. As I was hitting the button to complete order my phone rang and it was jittery Joe’s calling saying don’t worry about ordering another one we will send a replacement now. He was even wrapping and putting postage on the box as we spoke telling me that I would get full refund on the first dented tin and the replacement is on the way. I was ordering them for family because I’m not a coffee drinker but as of now I’m a Huge Jittery Joes fan! Thanks for the most excellent customer service and Go Dawgs!!
