You should promote Ansley to team leader. Not only did she craft the perfect caffeinated beverage, she went above and beyond when she noticed my shoe was untied and dove over the counter to assist me so I wouldn't trip. Then, she walked me to my class and even took notes for me so I could enjoy the scrumptious coffee undistracted. How do you find these employees?? Not all heroes wear capes.

Just wanted to say in all of my 54 years I just had some of the best customer service ever. I had ordered two collectible tins for Christmas presents and when they arrived one had been dented fairly bad. I contacted UPS 9 days ago place to complaint got no reply. I sent Jittery Joe’s an email explaining that one of the tins was dented during transit and I was ordering a replacement.
