Jittery Joe's Coffee

After Starbucks would not answer their phone and when I showed up told me, I would have to wait over an hour and a half for my coffee, Mia at jittery Joe’s answered the phone and made 50 cups of coffee with all the fixings in an extremely timely manner with a smile on her face. She apologized three different times for making me wait less than 10 minutes. Extremely good service. She deserves a raise. I would hire someone like her for my company any day!

Came in for my pumpkin spice usual, ladies let me know they don’t have the normal. Let me try it and pick something else out. Literally so sweet and thoughtful <3 I love jittery joes!

FILTHY. I don’t know how this place is even open. It’s absolutely filled with cobwebs even on the walls, dust everywhere, dirt caked into all the shelves, corners, floor hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long. No paper towels in bathroom. Toilet rolls and paper all over the bathroom floor. I’m literally sick to my stomach after being in there. HOW is no one speaking up about this kind of filth in a food establishment.

Very friendly staff! I am a decaf drinker and I love that you can get whatever you want made with decaf coffee. Thank you for thinking about those of us that cannot have caffeine.

I came to the parking lot 15 minutes before 8pm...... I wasnt even going to order coffee. I was trying to pick up one of the ornaments made by a local artist and the girl locked the door and shut down the store right as i drove up. So much for staying open until 8pm ??

My spiced Vanilla Chai was basically milk. Wait time was way too long, one of the workers was just walking around while the other struggled to make my milk drink. Left a tip because Jittery usually does a good job. This experience made me not want to leave tips before taking a sip of my coffee.

The girl Mel at the window with the awesome purple hair soooooo above and beyond!!!! I honestly had a rough day and just needed a pm coffee and she suggested a white chocolate peppermint mocha and is was so yummy. Her clipboard was cool too. Thanks Mel!!! ???

I’m local to Athens and go to jittery joes once if not twice a day. I’m a very regular customer. Today was the worst customer service experience I’ve received and I will not be returning to this location. I ordered two iced mochas shortly after 6:00. The barista recognized me and enthusiastically took my order without me having to tell her what I wanted. That’s nice that she remembered what I get, but she proceeded to write my order on the cups then ditch her coworker since her shift was over. Without letting her know about my order, so I sat for 30 minutes waiting for two coffees. I approached the second barista and told her I’m still waiting for my coffees and she had no clue I was waiting on anything. She proceeded to make my drinks but they were rushed and tasted horrible. I came back inside after tasting my coffee to get a refund or it remade and I proceeded to wait 20 more minutes before leaving out of frustration. I do not understand why the first barista bothered to take my order if she wasn’t going to stay the 5 minutes it takes to make it. Legit a joke, I won’t return to this location.
