Welp, I will never go to this place again. The workers inside were fine, but the inside is dirty, it smells weird, and the food is….ugh. The hummus is chunky and flavorless, the chicken gyro I had was the weirdest gyro I’ve ever had. The chicken was not edible. I took one bite and couldn’t eat the rest. It tasted freezer burnt and had a very strange texture. Just all in all an unpleasant experience. I had been there before and it was decent, so I’m not sure what’s happened. Just don’t go.

The food is excellent , I have been ordering smoked barbecue chicken with quinoa and rice, but this is the last time I order from this place, the worker is drunk and does not know how to prepare the food, when I arrived to pick up my order he told me that the Rice was not ready so I waited 30 minutes, after that time they gave me my food and surprise the chicken was missing I decided to cancel my order.03/22/24 I ordered online at 2:30, 3:35 my order is still missing 3l chicken

Luna and Corey are the best!! I come here pretty often and the service is always phenomenal. They also do amazing when I order from doordash. If you want late night fresh Mediterranean this is the place to be! I've never been disappointed by the customizable pitas and bowls that this place has to offer. The low prices and quality food are a staple for Athens living!

We were from out of town, trying to find a quiet place to eat on a crowded Saturday night, in a college town. We went here because it was relatively empty and quiet. And we were so surprised at how good and delicious the food was! Staff was very kind and attentive! Thank yall! We really enjoyed ourselves! ?**Hidden gem**?

I got a hummus wrap here, and it wasn't over the top. First things first, the wrap (pita) was very thin. I'm not sure if it's a pita bread, but it felt like a gluten free tortilla. And the hummus wrap is basically just a salad with hummus. It also gives me like subway vibes. As far as I know, pita wraps are mediterranean or gyro, but this was more just either meat and veggies which is a sandwich in a wrap. It was overall disappointing, but if a thin wrap with sandwich toppings appeal you, then this it the place for you.

Placed online order for pickup and they did not have what I ordered and then had to wait for preparation of meal. Nice guy but a general hassle overall. Tight timeline thus why placed order ahead of time. Mediocre food and not great experience for the goal of my order and pickup.

The Pita Pit downtown is its own vibe. Staff is a little bit quirky and unique they are friendly and timely in their service. the food itself is consistent and of a fair quality and taste for the price. I recommend the classic gyro pita. Unlike the gyro wrap restaurant nearby, the Pita Pit serves Lebanese style pitas which are steamed and then opened and stuffed and finally rolled like a burrito. A great handheld lunch or late night snack.Vegetarian options: Falafel, hummus, and black bean patties with over a dozen free additions for your pita. Fresh veggies and easy vegetarian options at all hours.Wheelchair accessibility: Ask an employee to turn on the small wheelchair access Lift inside the restaurant next to the stairs

Ordered the steak and egg. Majority egg. Disappointed. Waste of money and it fell completely apart while eating it. A complete mess.

The brunette guy that did the Tina impression was awesome - so helpful and funny and nice. My fave late night spot.
