Pizza buffett from 11am-2pm.I do not recommend 3 pizzas at the Buffett, two styles of bread stick, and salad.We ordered one with spinach and pepperoni and it took 35 minutes even though they saw us without eating because we were waiting.I give 1 point for the music and 1 point for the games. Nothing else!

To begin with, the boy who attends was locked in the bathroom playing with his cell phone and when he entered he got scared thinking that it was some kind of supervisor who shows how little commitment he has to his job. I ordered a Caesar salad and he gave me an old salad and I asked him to change it for a lasagna and he gave me a cold lasagna. Add to that the fact that he forgot the pizza he had ordered and I had to wait another half hour for the pizza. It was a terrible experience, I really don't recommend this place

Our order was given to another party but no one bothered to update on us why things were delayed. They just allowed us to sit there watching other patrons come in and order and get their food. We had to get up and check on what was taking our food so long to get any kind of explanation. We just got an "I’m sorry". I asked for our money back but was told we can get 15% off our next order but how will they keep track of that? I may not even bother going back to attempt to use the discount. Our pizza wasn’t cooked enough either which was probably due to them throwing our order together once we had to address sitting and being ignored.
Owners are polite and super friendly! Staff is always amazing! The girl Kristen is always helpful with pizza choices. I’ve been in a handful of times and each time they have welcomed me in. I’ll definitely be back!

The pizza was below average, I guess it was cheap so what can you expect. I ordered a pizza with sun dried tomatoes and they just cut up Walmart-looking Roma tomatoes on top.

I really enjoy going to Pizza Factory! The set up of the place is really relaxing and the employees are so attentive. Shout out to Jackie who is so nice and always makes sure you’re taken care of. Also, shout out to the owner Diane who is so personable and makes sure to greet her customers. The pizza is really good too. My favorites are the garlic cheesy bread and Hawaiian pizza! Would definitely recommend!

Picked up a to-go order. Took longer than expected despite not being busy. Restaurant seemed clean and employee was friendly. Got the all meat pizza and the factory special, both were satisfactory but unimpressive. Also tried the spaghetti and meatballs, this was very bland and not particularly enjoyable. I wouldn't say to stay away, but I probably won't be going back.

Buffet price is not posted. Cashier said it was 9$. We noticed that we were changing 13 on our receipt. When we brought it up to her we got a “sorry about that”. She probably didn’t mean to do it but make it right when you make a mistake! Pizza was mediocre at best. Not worth half the price they charge. Atmosphere was pretty cool though. Looked to have a good beer selection. Dining options must be pretty bad if this is in “The Top 25” for Athens!
