Read the menu online before we arrived to understand their offerings. The menu says prime steaks, so my understanding is that they serve USDA prime grade steaks - my New York Strip was very tough and a bit overcooked. The steaks here are not cheap y’all, I don’t mind paying for something of great quality, but my steak, in my opinion, from selling beef boxed beef, many years ago was just not a prime grade steak. We had an excellent dinner at Slaters. The steaks were perfect - each of us ordered a different temperature and we all got what we wanted. The cocktails were great, as was the service.
