I was so happy with my matcha latte this morning. The service was very sweet and the food was also really good. Whoever worked there this morning, you are the best!

Every time we come to this Starbucks it is the same thing. They jip you on the drinks. (Or less commonly the baristas are lazy and don't want to take the extra time to make the blonde shots) My wife orders one drink at any and every Starbucks. A VENTI flat white, with BLONDE ristretto shots (which in hot beverages is 20oz) every store, every time. We live in Hart County so we dont come to this store often. But EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. we have, it is the same thing; they give her a venti cup with MAYBE 12oz in it. The flat white comes with steamed milk; so, we usually are understanding about the quantity being that it may be hard to judge with the foam. (Even though our local store in Ingles has no issues...) however, today we both made a request to PLEASE make sure it was filled and if need be to remove some of the foam. The barista verbalized her understanding and began making them. When my wife opened her drinks to add her Splenda, we realized that not only did she NOT top them off; they are only SLIGHTLY above half full... we paid almost $15 for a little more than 1 coffee. They are not hard coffees to make. It is 2 ingredients; espresso and steamed whole milk. I'm sorry, but if you cannot eyeball how much whole milk to steam, MEASURE it... because we are just tired of paying all this money for half of our order. We typically aren't complainers; but, this is getting ridiculous.. stop being lazy on other people's dime. Thank you. I sincerely hope this helps someone! We will not be returning, but I sincerely hope they get these kinds of things worked out for the sake of others.

By far the worst Starbucks in Athens. I originally enjoyed coming here since it was nearby but I’d rather drive out to the Starbucks on Epps. The customer service here sucks especially in the evening.

Perpetually out of ingredients. I’ve had such a hit or miss experience with this little Starbucks.In the past, I have had great service & so my 1 star is for the service I received today an hour or so ago.I think management should do more customer service training on the staff there today.

If every Starbucks was run the way the Starbucks inside of the Kroger in Hull is run, Starbucks would go out of business.I love Starbucks but this Starbucks makes me want to permanently take my business else where.If you want a good representation of Starbucks in this area, go to the one inside Ingles off US-29 in Hull.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD ! i guess Starbucks employees aren’t supposed to greet their customers now.. I expect to get greeted and not stared down in disgust. I stood there for a minute and wasn’t greeted or spoken to as if I was invisible by the white male worker there today around 5pm( didn’t get a name). If you’re black don’t spend a dime here ! I walked away and spent my money at the next friendly starbucks. My first experience ever going to a starbucks was terrible to say the least.Fun fact: don’t work in a public place if you’re prejudice!

There usually is a wait since this location is very popular. I am ashamed to say we went two days in a row. We ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino. The gentleman told us they were out of mocha, and would we like to try white mocha. Thank you for the suggestion. it was delicious.

Slow service. I waited 5 minutes in line before an employee took my order as both employees were busy making drinks. I waited another 5 minutes for my drink to be made, which is longer than expected because there were only two drinks before mine on the queue.

The last 4 times in the same week and n many occasions before this. This location has been”out” of cold brewI don’t know if they’re actually not making it but this seems a bit extreme to be out every single time then they really should be making more. To have this item as a featured new item and also on the menu board and continuously be out
