Staff was great, but the birthday cake recipe needs work. Why put the pop rocks in beforehand so they've already popped before you eat it? I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars because the owner responded to my concern in less than a day and I appreciate that!
This place is bright, looks fresh and there were lot of flavors to choose from. The ice cream that my kids got were great except there was a long hair in one of the ice creams that totally put us off. This experience is from today. To the manager - Pls have your staff tie their hair. It’s a red flag

Loved the experience here. It was pretty neat to see how the ice cream is made. I feel like kids would love this experience. Personally, the ice cream was alittle too sweet for me but it still enjoyed the experience.
