Loved the experience here. It was pretty neat to see how the ice cream is made. I feel like kids would love this experience. Personally, the ice cream was alittle too sweet for me but it still enjoyed the experience.

The ice cream was terrible, the place is super dirty, and staff seemed high, but that isn't the reasoning for my 1 star. The issue is we watched the stoned cashier knock the entire stack of medium sized ice cream cups onto the floor, ask a customer to pick them up, place them back on the counter, and then serve ice cream in one of these floor-cups to a customer who came in just after they were retrieved from the ground.

Staff was great, but the birthday cake recipe needs work. Why put the pop rocks in beforehand so they've already popped before you eat it? I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars because the owner responded to my concern in less than a day and I appreciate that!

This place is bright, looks fresh and there were lot of flavors to choose from. The ice cream that my kids got were great except there was a long hair in one of the ice creams that totally put us off. This experience is from today. To the manager - Pls have your staff tie their hair. It’s a red flag

every time I walk by I want to try it and finally decided to stop in. The ice cream was okay, but definitely not worth $10+ a person. maybe if it was better or more of an “experience”. the employees were really nice and friendly though.

I'm lactose intolerant and I was so happy that they have the option for lactose free ice cream. It was delicious and the way they make the ice cream was really cool. Definitely want to go back.

We ordered the chocolate and the banana cream pie flavors. Pros: both had a lot of topping inside. Cons: the chocolate ice cream was way too sweet imo and it melted so quick. In the pics they both were just given to us for 5mins and the choco one already melted a lot compared to the banana one, maybe it should’ve stayed longer with the nitrogen gas. Lots of topping was nice but we hardly tasted/felt the ice cream in the chocolate, we tasted a bunch of chocolate chips, brownies, etc. The banana one was a bit better, less sweet and had some chunks of cheesecake. Maybe we’ll visit this place again and try other flavors, but definitely not chocolate. On another note, staff wasn’t wearing gloves when making our ice cream….

The raspberry flavor was artificial, and the prices are high. A medium (almost $8) was only two small scoops, lots of empty room in the cup. I wish the fruit options were fresh sliced fruit

I love ice cream like I love breathing.... okay maybe not that much, but you get the point. This is a fun place to come and get some good ice cream. Hundreds of flavor combinations you can literally make anything you want. A nice surprise finding this place after leaving Iron Age Korean BBQ for dinner. Enjoy!

This was our first time trying this. We tried the Tropical turbine and the strawberry sigma combinations. The strawberry sigma was very delicious and sweet with a strong strawberry flavor. But if you do not enjoy sour ice cream do not try the tropical turbine. Waffle cones were very delicious and prices were cheap.

This place is great to take your kids for the experience but don't expect cleanliness. When I arrived, there were four people ahead of me. During that time, none of the servers washed their hands even after handling money. The only reason the young lady who made my ice cream washed her hands was because she sneezed. I also gave them a three because you have to do trial and error to find the best ice cream taste. Mainly because they start the ice cream from cream ( no flavor) and you add your additional toppings. I chose to get the tres leche ice cream with caramel and pecans. It was delicious! However, I would prefer the servers wear gloves and wash their hands more often especially after handling cash.
