DO NOT COME HERE. i placed a mobile order for a sandwich. it tasted great. but then i noticed a weird texture in my mouth. there was a long hair in my mouth and another inside of my sandwich. literally so disgusting. learn how to wear a hairnet.

Made a mobile order 50 minutes ago. Came to pick it up to find a long line and no sandwich made. I went up to the counter to ask for it and it had not been ready.. I thought this was supposed to be a good branch of sandwiches?
Very poor management. I always feel terrible for the ONE employee that is preparing 20 to go orders and has a line out the door at the same time. They definitely need more employees. The one they have is nice though! Also the porch is always dirty…. Soooo wasted space which is a bummer since it’s a nice place with potential, they just need someone to make some positive changes and it really could be turned around!

Ordered a footlong chicken teriyaki with cheese and lettuce through Uber eats. When I received the sandwhich it was chicken breast, no cheese a few strands of lettuce and the bread was soaked with chicken teriyaki sauce. Pathetic.
