This is the worst Subway in Athens. I went to day to pickup my lunch which I ordered on the mobile app. There was no chips in the store, wanted a steak and cheese, but they didn't have cheese, was out of most of the topping. It's been like this for a while now with the chips. If you are going to close the store, please go ahead and do so. If not, please order supplies so your customers can get what they want. Everyone who works here acts like it's their first day on the job- it probably is, but they obviously lack a drop of training. Every time I come into this subway, I have to teach the employee how to make whatever it is I am ordering. They are nice people, but they literally don't know how to do anything.

I think me and another employee were the only ones wearing a mask when I went in. While I get customers taking off their masks to eat, there’s absolutely no excuse for an employee not wearing a mask while prepping food during a pandemic.
