This is a VERY special place. We frequent steakhouses in the Athens area and for some reason this location has eluded us until today. Our server Melanie was kind and caring. I noticed that this place was different when noticed that it had a family restroom and w a family member w disabilities, this goes a long way. Even the manager Kaitlin came over to check on us and I couldn't wait to acknowledge her for Melanie, the excellent food and this restaurant's atmosphere....
I haven't eaten at this chain before. We only had an hour to eat on Monday 2pm. We were able to order, and eat in that amount of time. Our server was excellent. The restaurant looked clean. I willconsider going back.
Had a good night at Texas Roadhouse on Saturday but the service was amazing!! Restaurant was completely packed but our server Cassie was so attentive! I had to send my steak back but she was so kind about it and the manager Nelle was great! Best experience I’ve had at a TRH.
