I had the stuffed French toast breakfast with a sweet tea. The flavors of the food were good, food was warm enough but could have been hotter. The grits and biscuit were really good, but the sausages were a little tough, there wasn't really anything stuffed inside the stuffed French toast and the sweet tea had no sugar.
My first and last time coming here! Service and food were terrible, not to mention the long wait before they attended us. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Will
A fun and cozy location with some of the best breakfast food I have ever had. They have a lot of unique twists on classic breakfast options and I look forward to trying all of it. I don't think there is a bad thing on the menu.
Our server today was very slow to wait on us. Didn’t even know who our waitress was and after about 15 minutes had to ask someone who was supposed to be waiting on us. That waitress was very professional and took our drink order right then and brought our drinks to us. Still no sign of our waitress for another ten minutes at least before finally acknowledging us by saying she would be right with us. She eventually came back to table and took order. Our stuffed cheesecake French toast was delivered and we were told the grits would be another five minutes. Five minutes, ten minutes, and more we asked how much longer and were told 3 minutes. Not so. Our French toast was eaten long before the grits ever came (20 minutes) and once we got the grits, they were of a liquid consistency, more like soup. Complain, no. How could we if our waitress never came around? No drink refills, not until I asked at which time that never came either until the bill was brought and I had to remind her by asking if she could just put my refill I had asked for earlier in a to go cup. In addition to all of this we had been seated at a table across from bar area where I could see into the kitchen. One of the Spanish cooks took his hat/cap off, had a head full of hair and ran his fingers thru it as to fluff it up. He then put his cap back on. Now that was a reason to cringe and hope he wasn’t the one standing over the grits we were waiting for. We should have asked for the manager but were so ready to finish our meal and get out of there knowing we would be sharing review and hope that it would make management aware of these unacceptable practices. We have always enjoyed eating breakfast at the Athens location but would definitely request a different waitress…
Hey there! We highly recommend you check out this amazing coffee place. The food is great, with a variety of delicious options, and the service is fantastic! The restaurant is open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., making it the perfect spot for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. You won't be disappointed!
Overall, I give this location 2 stars because there isn’t anything special about the food. The service was decent. The atmosphere is nice, and it was more empty for a Monday afternoon, but with that said, I would have expected the food to be much, much better.
My eggs were room temperature/more cool when they came out, as was my husband’s food (sausage was way too tough and cool temp) and the cappuccino I had tasted like one made from a gas station machine, same for my husband’s. I don’t mean to sound harsh, but that is truly what it reminded me of. I felt like the breakfast was more relative to a hotel breakfast, which I wasn’t expecting at all since we frequent the prince avenue location.
We decided to give this one a try to start off our two year wedding anniversary, and it was overall just disappointing. (We didn’t come here for our anniversary, thank goodness, but just to get the day started.) Def a bummer.
I really hope they up their standards for their food.
We’ll continue to frequent the other location off of Prince instead.

Wife and I came here on a Monday for brunch and we usually go to the prince avenue location but decided to check this one out since we were in the area. Definitely will not be coming back to this location going forward. Their cappuccino’s aren’t actually made from an espresso machine, but from a premade keurig machine and tasted like a gas station premade coffee at best. The eggs came out lukewarm and the sausage was overcooked and dried out. The grits and biscuit were tasty but not enough to make us come back to this location. We love the flying biscuit off prince ave, so it’s a shame that this one didn’t deliver the same quality of service.

Delicious food, great service, and parking available right outside! Grits, biscuit, and french toast were scrumptious.

$38 for the worst breakfast my son and I can remember being served. Potatoes were chewy and lukewarm warm, sausage was “really really tough,” my side order of a pancake came out as a waffle. I have had better waffles at a hotel lobby free breakfast. The scramble in my chorizo tacos was over cooked and dry. Overall a very disappointing experience. After tip I am out $45 and my son is still hungry.

The food was amazing! This was my first time here and everything from the service to my meal was 10/10. The fried green tomato BLT was the best I’ve ever had and highly recommend!! And of course you have to try the potatoes!! If you’re looking for a great breakfast/brunch spot to yap with your friends or a hearty solo meal that won’t leave you feeling bloated, this is definitely the place to go!

Food is always flavorful and hot. The service is good. The waitresses are usually very attentive when they are busy but can be lazy if the restaurant is empty which I thought was odd. Nonetheless it’s a great value breakfast.

Karen was our server, and she was friendly. However the host was not friendly at all. Didn’t even catch her name. The food was good. The restaurant was nice, and spacious.

My first time here. I rarely write bad reviews. They sat us by an exterior door and cold air came at us every time it was opened. No offer to move us. But there is another door?
Use it? Nope!
I asked why the biscuit was hard on the top and Mary said that's how they are.
Horrible food and customer service. No intial offer to make anything acceptable
Don't come here!!
$3.00 for a hard and dry sausage biscuit. Go to Chick-fil-A!! Or even McDonald's. They saw me writing this review and did not charge me for my buscuit.
