I love this place and come here when I can. The reason for 4 stars is only because it can get really tight inside when it's busy. But that's out of their control, just makes it hard to hear my conversations.

Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options, and they can make modifications to certain menu items to make them vegetarian

Dietary restrictions: Their menu has a good selection of different foods, and substitutions can be made for certain things.

Parking: There's a tiny parking lot in front, but it's always full. Be prepared to park elsewhere and walk

Kid-friendliness: You could bring kids here earlier in the day, but probably not after 7 pm or so.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible, but difficult to navigate once it gets busy. The main area where tables are set up is pretty narrow.

Disappointed. Only one small wall of games and not that great of options. Tables were dirty; games were dirty and there was no sanitizer.

This place sucks has the worse beer ever from southern brewing company. They should stop selling that beer ?. I'll never come back until they end their business with southern brewing company.

Barista took 20 minutes to make two iced lattes with ten minutes between drinks with other drinks going out before the order was complete. Barista was too busy talking with friends at the bar.

This is without a doubt my favorite bar, my favorite sandwich, and my favorite cup of coffee in town. You could not ask for a better place to chill and play games with friends. If you're in or around downtown, drop in and you'll see for yourself. And tip well! This crew deserves it, I promise.

This place is great. The bartender was acoustic but in a fun way and I feel like she had rejection sensitive dysphoria. I really liked the cocktails.

My experience at Rook and Pawn was excellent! The service was fantastic and the staff was friendly. They had many board games We played Candyland board games. My friends enjoyed the drinks. I would go back in the near future.

The price to play games is $7 PER PERSON. That is an unreasonably and prohibitively high price. I thought it was $7 per party of people and I was okay with paying that but no. The food was good and the atmosphere was good but without the games it's not worth going.

Loved this board game cafe! We were only in Athens for a day to see some R.E.M. sites but we spent almost three hours here. Super friendly staff, good food, yummy cocktails, and a huge board game collection. I wish we lived nearby!

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid friendly games, especially HABA titles.

I ordered two lemonades and a bowl of pickles, the lemonades were good! ordered pickles specifically because I thought they wouldn't take that long to make and I had an appointment about an hour later. took about 40 minutes and me asking if they had pickles for me somewhere halfway through before I decided to just leave without a bowl of pickles. they did tell me they were busy when I checked in but I am still heartbroken over the pickles I paid for and did not receive, staff was nice
