The 40 Watt Club outdid themselves with the REM Murmur anniversery. The band was fantastic, and seeing REM on stage for the first time since 1997 was amazing. I love the venue, vibe, and overall freindliness of the club. One of the last places that puts fans and music as the first priority. I would describe 40 Watt as a historical landmark, but it's still current and modern with the talent they bring in. My wife and I went to the Pop punk Xmas concert hosted by That's Rad, which featured 2 other bands. Nix the Scientist and Way Past Cool. We were not disappointed. Had a great time!

Great venue! I've seen a couple of bands here and the staff are great, always feel safe, drinks are reasonably priced and the bands sound fab. Gotta be one of the best venues in the US if not the world ?
