I LOVE this place! ❤️ I had trouble deciding what I wanted but the manager was so kind and helpful. She had the perfect recommendation for me!! The Bahama Mama smoothie was yummy, and I will keep coming back for the positive vibes! I appreciate their variety of healthy add in options like protein or energizer. I love their açaí bowls too! 😍 Grateful for a new healthy place like this to open up, it's just what I needed. I can't even gatekeep, y'all need to try it! 10/10 !! Trop it like it's hot! the only down side is that I crave it DAILY! my new addiction!! ❤️

I have come here a few times and got the Bahama base smoothie bowl and received it rock solid frozen and not been able to eat it immediately or even after 30 mins. I mentioned this to the manager Abby and she said that they are keeping the freezer at the proper temperature and haven’t received any complaints. I called another tropical location that is not brand new and I have been to before a few times. They said that they are most likely keeping the small freezer at the incorrect temperature where they store the bowls to be given to customers. They said the smaller freezer should be set to 20 and abby mentioned it is set to 10. Its hard buying a bowl and the base is so hard the spoon is unable to go into it. I wish they would come up with a solution especially if I wanted to eat the bowl there instead of to go, her offered solution was to call in advance but that is still an inconvenience

I have been to this place twice now and I can say the food tastes great. Honestly tried it because I received some coupons on the mail and decided to go with my wife. The flatbread tastes great and the smoothies are delicious (real fruit) also huge size lol. I recommend this place to anyone

I absolutely love it! I’ve become a regular! I get the Baja Chicken Wrap and the Mango Monsoon smoothie! It’s amazing and the costumer service is great! Highly recommend!

Went here and got a wrap. The food was alright, but there was a hair in my wrap!

Love the place! It's become my new go-to for the busy work week. Abbey is amazing! She is attentive and remembers my name. Having staff there like this is a breath of fresh air compared to other quick service places. Will continue coming here!!

I already loved Tropical Smoothie because I feel that their food and smoothies are made with high-quality ingredients, but this one is even better! The store is so clean. The staff is so nice and welcoming. Abbey, specifically, is so friendly! She's remembered me every time I go in there, which makes my experience there even better!

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe!! The first thing I had there was a Pomegranate Plunge and the Chicken Pesto Flatbread! It was so so good and filling! The Pomegranate Plunge has got to be my favorite smoothie by far! My favorite flat bread is the PeanutButter Banana Crunch and the Chicken Bacon Ranch! I always look forward to walking in after/before my work shift and getting greeted by the one and only Abbey! She is so sweet and makes you feel so important while she’s taking your order. Her attitude and personality shines as bright as the sun with every interaction I’ve had with her! I’ve recommended Tropical Smoothie to all my coworkers, along with telling them how great Abbey is😁🫶🏻

I have been craving Tropical Smoothie for so long since I moved from Florida to Georgia. This Tropical Smoothie did not disappoint. Customer service was amazing and the food tasted perfect. I have a severe pineapple allergy and they were so good about making sure there was no cross contamination.

I definitely recommend eating here! The manager on duty, Abbey, was a great help and very friendly too. Thank you!

It's been open, what, a week? And I've been here three times. 😆 Twice for breakfast and once for lunch. And everything has been wonderful! All three smoothies have been fantastic although the mango one is my favorite so far. I can't wait to try them all. 😆 I've tried the breakfast quesadilla (not my favorite, but they had just opened so I'll try it again!), the breakfast wrap (OMG, YUM!), and the chicken pesto flatbread for lunch and 😋😋! I'm gonna be a regular here I imagine. Glad to have this option on the north side of Athens!

Also, every time I've been there, the staff has been top knotch! Super friendly and helpful. Love this place!

Myself and family went for the grand opening. We stood outside in the line, and waited for our turn to come inside. Once inside it was crowed and there was limited seating. I asked the young lady working at the register what came on one of the breakfast burritos, and she wasn’t sure. I was wondering the entire time of us standing outside what number we were related to being one of the first 50 (the first 50 people have the chance of winning a free smoothie for a year). No one knew when I got my receipt I saw we were number 59. I asked the young lady about getting a coupon for a 99cent smoothie, and she said we weren’t able to have one. I thought that was odd being that everyone else has one. Hopefully the customer service will improve when they aren’t as busy. Also I ordered the southwest chicken wrap and it was soggy and wet.

I’m so excited that Tropical Smoothie is finally in Athens!! The food and smoothies are delicious, and the service was great. We devoured our food before we could take a picture.

I enjoyed a chipotle chicken club flatbread with kale apple slaw and a Bahama mama smoothie. My husband had a basil pesto flatbread with Miss Vickie’s chips and a blimey limey smoothie. Fresh and delicious!
