Waffle House is a popular spot with a fabulous staff that provides a welcoming atmosphere. The 3rd shift team is particularly awesome, with Ben behind the grill and the serving girls being especially amazing. Even on busy days like Christmas Eve, the staff is prepared and in control, making for an all-round amazing experience. However, some locations, like #1662, may be under-staffed, leading to overwhelmed workers and customers. Despite this, Waffle House remains a beloved spot, especially for its signature waffles and friendly service.
