I don’t know what was going on with the Barnett Shoals location today. But they lost a lot of customers via drive thru because everyone was waiting to order for 20+ minutes. Then some guy walked in the drive thru lane, cut the line and ordered food from the window on FOOT.
I don’t know if they were understaffed or some new guy was screwing people up. But that was the worst I’ve witnessed from Wendy’s. Get better.
