Food wasn't bad, fries were cold. The people that worked there didn't look like they cared if they were there or not. No trash cans in the building which doesn't make sense.

An item was left off order, called the store, was told I could come back in to get the item but I was already home and the manager was busy, all I wanted was my money back, why can't you just get the order right, will not be ordering from this place any more

Have had numerous bad experiences here. I’ve been given tenders instead of wings, been yelled at by an employee when I attempted to come in after they had closed, and most recently I’ve walked in and been turned away by a different employee because I didn’t place an online order. Do not come here whatsoever. This location is horrible and the employees are incredibly rude.

Personally, everytime I have ever been to wingstop, I've always had a good experience. I also understand that the people who work there are human and I think some people forget that. The staff was friendly and inviting . The food was good. The experience was great. I will definitely be a returning customer.

First time experience and it was not the best! the worst service I ever experienced! Will NEVER order from here again! First the lady was rude over the phone when taking the order! Told me 10 minutes. I got there in about 15 minutes to give some time, and when entering they said it’ll be another 30 minutes. Other people came in order after and got their order within less than 5 minutes.

First time visiting today! Great service and food. I ordered the Louisiana dry rub but its not dry or crispy at all. Going to try a different flavor next time.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent $30 at this restaurant. I get home they haven’t order mixed up with someone else order. I drive back to the store to get a refund. They tell me to come back the next day to soak to the general manager. Upon speaking to the general manager. She said she was going to talk to the manager over her about giving me a refund. She said it could take up to three days. After three days I still have t received my refund. So now I have to go through my bank to try to get my money back. Which is a harder process.

Online pick-up order. Got the meal deal, 20 boneless wings + large fry. Everything was ready when we got there. Fries were cold once home, but we live 10-15 minutes away so could’ve been our fault.
Husband didn’t care for the sweetness of the fries but I really liked them. We got garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, smoky chipotle rub & hickory smoked bbq with two ranches. Everything was separated, which we really appreciated, some restaurants just throw everything in one and you don’t know which is which. Size of the wings were great, especially considering the prize.
