Ordered through the app online. Got there food was not in the pick up spot. Had to wait in line 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. Got my food finally (which was bagged up already with the sticker wrapped around the handle) had to ask if my extra sauce was in the bag. It They said they didn’t know (it wasn’t). The service received today (5 minutes ago) on our to-go online order was HORRIBLE!!! AND part of completing their last laugh process was to dump so much seasoning salt on the fries that you can’t eat them! They are COVERED in their “lightly seasoned” seasoning salt...
