Service very slow and poor, orders wrong waiting for that to get corrected food thay gave out is cold. Given the excuse of being shorthanded but they had at least 6 people and when we orderd there was only 1 customer ahead of us and this was 3 p.m. Tried to access the zaxbys cares website and it won't even recognize the address of this store.

I wish I could give Marco (the cashier) 5 stars but I’d give the female night manager and cooks zero stars. Very embarrassing when the cashiers attitude is FAR better than the managers. I hope Marco can find a job where he’s surrounded by coworkers who care the way he does... Not this Zaxbys apparently

Food is freezing because it takes me 32 minutes when I go inside to order. It takes me 26 minutes when I go through the drive-thru. In the drive-thru, the wait may be longer if you don't go inside to retrieve your own food. My zaxbys boycot starts today. I am done. There were 5 cars in the drive-thru, 0 people inside, and 26-minute wait.Reply to your response on Monday 03.11.24: I have already spoken with someone on Friday. Based on your response, it shows you have done nothing but reply to make yourself look better. You don't look better. Boycot is still on!

This Zaxby's used to be great. Something has obviously changed, either management or they lost a good employee. The drive thru is terrible. Wait times upwards to 20 mins. What's worse is you pull around and their isn't even anyone in front of you??? The guy that works the window obviously does not care at all about his job. He moves literally at a snails pace. It makes no sense. Food isn't bad but the service is horrible.

It should not have taken 27mins to get my food. Although my fries were fresh my boneless chicken was cold. Lack of proper supervision and management is obvious.

Terrible, I couldn't even order my food. The employees were to busy making Tik Toks and laughing. Which may explain why there drive thru was extremley slow and long. Not only that but about 4-5 employees walked by the cashier and couldn't take any orders. Some even had there pants almost all the way down with there hair not even tied. Which in my opinion is very unsanitary.

I don’t order from zaxby’s very often, today I decided to order through the app. I ordered a chicken sandwich. About 5 minutes after my order was submitted I got a call from a very nice young woman informing me that they were having some issues and the chicken fillets were frozen. she asked me if it was okay that she replace them with tenders or if I just wanted to order something else. I told her tenders were perfectly fine. she then asked if there was anything I wanted to make my experience better. I politely declined as I understand things happen. I thought this was just so sweet. i’ll definitely be ordering again! thanks !!!
