Waited for 30 minutes and the service was terrible. Inside was completely empty and still no one helped us. Once we got our food, it was completely wrong. Waited 15 more minutes until we left. Everyone was so unhelpful and worst service I’ve seen in a long time.
I've gone here enough to feel bad about posting this review but lately the staff or service has just absolutely gone down the drain I recognize the same few faces in there that I always do but the service is way worse. I placed an online order consistently for a few months now on and off for the same meal you every single time, the loaded bacon cheese fries. Service has gone downhill a bit at this location, but food is still good. Better food and dining area than the trendier Chick Fil-A in my opinion, but they could learn from their competitor's focus on customer service and employee training. Large fries used to come in a larger container. Now it's the same as a small? And charging for sauce? Not the flex you think it is...

Based on customer reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has good food, but the customer service is inconsistent. The food is still good, and the dining area is better than Chick Fil-A. Some say the food isn't spectacular, while others found the food delicious and fast. One reviewer got the chipotle ranch tacos and loved the sauce and pico gallo, but the chicken tender was not chopped up and was hanging out of the taco. The fried cheesecake bites were way too sweet and didn't taste good. The service has gone downhill at this location. One customer experienced a slightly rude lady on the mic who gave the order to something else. Another noted the customer service is never the same, sometimes great and sometimes horrible. The restaurant could use a good cleaning. However, one reviewer had a very polite blonde headed lady at the cash register who chased a customer down to return a forgotten card. A different reviewer said the location has gotten much better in the past year and would still recommend it.
