It's a very nice hotel, with pleasant staff. It is NOT easily accessible via the skytrain as advertised and there is NOTHING within a $15 uber ride to eat unless you want the $22 Burger and $10 beer.

Burgers were awful. They tried to dress it up, but the beef was school lunch quality. Flatbread was 5”x10” and thin. Service was good.

Walked into an empty lounge, bartender didn't acknowledge me. There isn't table service in this lounge but also they don't tell you that. Empty lounge, ordered food, lounge filled, everyone else got their food, finally my order shows up incorrectly made. YMMV.

My first time in Atlanta and I could not have Picked a better hotel to stay. Tracy was super sweet, amazing customer service. Lisa at the lounge is amazing!! Had such a good time!! I will definitely be coming back here.
