The wait staff was overwhelmed with the overall volume in the restaurant and our experienced suffered. Unfortunately, I was trying to entertain some very important customers and this experience did not help my efforts. It was very disappointing.
It's my birthday weekend and I'm celebrating it at the Ritz-Carlton. It's my first time here and I was not disappointed. I'm a firm believer that the service makes the experience and what a wonderful experience it was. From the greeting of the valet team, the upgrade in room, to the delicious dinner, and the live entertainment with drinks on hand in the lounge. I can't recall the name of our server but he was such amazing man that went out of his way to make sure my birthday dinner was special! Thank you to all the staff at the Ritz-Carlton for making my birthday memorable! Thank you! Thank you!

Not a great experience. Steaks were not cooked correctly. Server didn't seem to care. The salad was supposed to be split but despite hardly anyone there, the kitchen failed to split it. Had to ask for share plates from the busser as well. The sides were the only properly cooked and delicious part of the meal. Dessert (warm brownie w vanilla bean ice cream) tasted cheap and way too sweet. I won't go back. I've had better steak for a third the price.

As always amazing food and service! From the hostess Jennifer to our server Koush everything was point on! Amazing filet cooked to perfection, so tender you could cut with a butter knife! Will definitely be back when I am in Atlanta!

My partner and I dined this evening at the AG, and it was wonderful. We started with the carpaccio which was mildly spicy, but incredibly flavourful. The bread was the perfect balance of crunchy and soft. He had the maple bourbon cocktail - it’s dangerously smooth and very tasty. I had a glass of the Prosecco; it was not cloyingly sweet or painfully dry - perfect for a wine novice like myself. He had the seafood Alfredo, and I do believe he had an out of body experience. The scallops were that good. My New York strip was flavourful and tender. We shared the crème brûlée for dessert. The texture was perfect - he likened the custard to a marshmallow. Our server, Shawn, was wonderful. His recommendations were spot on and he definitively made the night even better. The ambience was perfectly romantic. I highly recommend this steakhouse to anyone!
My wife, my daughter, and I all stayed at the Ritz Carleton this weekend. We went to breakfast and dinner here multiple times. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. In a world where fine dining and food is everywhere, the difference is made in the service and people that work there. At the beginning of our trip, we dealt with Jennifer at the front stand. She is beautiful, out going, and kind. She was flexible with my family, friendly, and made sure to get us taken care of. We had breakfast here on the first day, the service and server were so kind and friendly. Food was A+, as expected. We ate dinner here twice. The first night, we were in a bit of a rush, so things didn’t go perfectly for us. Anthony, in management is a professional, and made sure that we got take taken care of. I can’t say enough good about him, he takes pride in his restaurant, and you can tell he really cares about his customers. We chose to come back the next night, as our schedule wasn’t so hectic. I spoke with Ella at the front reservation desk, and she made sure that we would have a reservation. These guys roll out the red carpet. Tom was our server on our last night, I would say they gave us their best server, but everyone we dealt with here was so kind and friendly. He was very professional, gave us amazing recommendations, and made us feel like family. The meal was A+, and the dessert was even better. Anthony was on point as well, and made sure our meal was perfect.Amazing team, amazing food, and friendly service. I recommend the Waygu meatball appetizer, the filet steak, and brownie ice cream for dessert.Thanks again for giving us the VIP experience, and treating us like family, all the way from Utah.Kid-friendliness: The have an awesome kids menu, and provide coloring with colored pencils.

Amazing experience at AG Ritz Carlton!The team got us a private room for our dinner which gave a perfect ambiance. The service was on point and couldn’t be nicer.The food was amazingly delicious, we shared a few appetisers and would recommend the meatballs with the slices of bread.Same for dessert, we shared and would recommend the toffee cake. The ritz chocolate cake was too heavy but tasty.

The food was okay. Definitely not as good as the price point would indicate. Service was also just okay. Took quite some time for a waiter to be located. The manager was very nice and apologized for the wait. Great atmosphere, not loud, and good music. Decent experience but wouldn't come back.
