PLEASE BE CAREFUL! They lie about what they’re serving. When they first opened up they advised me that their PENNE MEATBALL pasta was all beef no pork so i expected it safe to eat because i do not eat pork at all, something told me to just doublecheck to make sure they’re still serving it as such before i ordered again but the lady I spoke with over the phone informed me that it’s a mix or pork and beef and they’ve been serving it like that since they’ve opened which i was extremely shocked and disappointed! I’m not sure if because they were a new business they needed to lie to get our money but that is high dangerous and unprofessional! I will not be spending another dime! Just make sure you’re careful about what they’re putting in your food if you care enough!

I paid 32.17 for a small pizza 10” and a 10 piece lemon pepper wings. I have never seen wings so small in my life. I asked was that their normal cooking style. Due to the fact that them wings were overcooked. And extremely small. However, they didn’t taste that bad. The pizza was ok and slightly undercooked. Maybe due to timeframe. I don’t know. Won’t be going back.

I placed an order online and paid! I went to “try” to pick up my food and the place of business was closed! Lights off, doors locked! They said my order would be ready by 6:03pm I when about 10 min after. I called about 8 times and no answer and on google it stated the place is open which they wasn’t! Called to get a refund the next day, which is day 6/1/26 @ 12:24pm STILL NO ANSWER!

I’ve really been enjoying Al Dente Pasta & Pizza. My usual go to is the salmon pesto pasta, which has never disappointed.

Today, I took advantage of a BOGO special on Uber Eats and tried the chicken, broccoli, and rice plate. My oh my, it was delicious. I did add a little garlic and herb seasoning of my own, but everything was cooked exactly how I like it.

I’m definitely going to keep working my way through the menu. Those fried spaghetti bites have my attention next. Overall, this spot continues to impress me.

One, two, three… and you’re out.

I tried giving this place multiple chances, but the final straw was calling to place a pickup order and being asked, “Are you seriously gonna pick it up?” That completely caught me off guard. If your business is having issues with orders not being picked up, I understand that’s frustrating, however making customers feel interrogated before they’ve even placed an order is not the way to handle it.

My first visit was just okay. The pizza was decent enough, but the mozzarella sticks were overcooked and the fries tasted like standard frozen fries. I figured maybe the appetizers just weren’t their strong point, so I gave them another shot.

The second time, the pizza itself was honestly pretty lackluster and forgettable. Not awful, just nothing special — especially considering there are better pizza spots nearby.

But customer service is what really determines whether people come back, and that phone call sealed it for me. A restaurant sitting under a 4.5-star rating probably shouldn’t be making paying customers feel like an inconvenience before they even place an order.

Local businesses rely heavily on repeat customers and word of mouth, especially from people who actually live nearby. Interactions like that push people away instead of building loyalty.

I genuinely wish them the best, but they may want to rethink both their approach to customer service and how they handle pickup orders moving forward.

We ordered on a Saturday night around 830pm only had a 10-15 minute wait. Tried two calzones , fried ravioli, meatball sandwich & garlic Parmesan fries . Everything was great ! The staff was super friendly. Price was reasonable about $25 a person.

I’ve been here for the third time today and was not as pleased with the quality of the food or service as I was the other times. The proportions seemed smaller than usually and the crispy chicken on my pasta was burnt. Our server was hardly checking in on us, and for an automatic 18% tip charged to the meal, I would expect better service. Other than that, the food was alright for the price.

I placed an online order i never received. A girl working the front at 4/16 @ 9:45p told me you don't do delivery, when I placed an order directly on your website. Very strange. She said she doesn't see my online order yet my account was debited. She said there's no manger to refund the $55 dollar order. Will dispute charge but terrible business practices and customer service.

Me and my family visited the area and were looking for some catering for our Easter dinner. My mom was able to get in contact with Moses (one of the owners) and he not only was amazing at informing us on what our options were, but was also very helpful and guiding us on what they can do catering wise. Me and my dad came in to pick up the food and you could tell the entire atmosphere of the restaurant was extremely upbeat and friendly. We sat down and had a delicious drink from a very sweet bartender and had great conversations with Moses. You can really tell his heart is in the business and it shows in how delicious the food is! On the pizza there is a homemade garlic butter that’s absolutely to die for and all the pasta and meatballs were absolutely fantastic! If you’re in the area, I’m looking for good authentic Italian food. Don’t miss this place. Amazing atmosphere, people, and a dining experience you won’t want to miss!
