Paid for large catering order and delivery from @alons. Was not delivered and when we called few times, someone finally answered and didn't know about the food delivery. Finally arrived 45 minutes before the social event ended. Food was cold.
Food and desserts are great here but sometimes they can get really bogged down and their service suffers.

Probably best croissants in town. Unfortunately they closed Dunwoody location but both morningside (one of the best neighborhoods for long drive) and Buckhead location serves equally best quality croissants.i like their butter and almond croissants which I double toast at home and recently tried their twice baked almond croissant which is next level in taste.

Great open air market experience. I was overwhelmed with all the choices and they were patient as they walked me through it. Great for a lunch break with a colleague. So many great desserts to choose from as well as great items to take for later!
Parking: It's Phipps parking lot.

The have the best pastries. Have tried all of them. Would 100% recommend the opera. It is the best, never had anything before. Croissant is equally good as well. The ambience is nice. Have given 1 less star to service because one of the cashier was rude to my questions. Rest everything was good.
Parking: The mall has ample parking. There are a couple of parking spots in front of the restaurant and some spots specifically for takeouts

$25 for burnt breakfast is not okay. I ordered to go, and once I get back into work this is what I get. Staff is kind, but food quality is lacking.

Review for J, the Manager at Alon's in Atlanta
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Alon's in Atlanta, and I must commend J, the manager, for providing an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, J's warm welcome set the tone for a wonderful evening. His professionalism and genuine passion for hospitality were evident in every interaction.
J's attention to detail was impeccable. He ensured that our table was perfectly set, and our needs were anticipated before we even had to ask. Throughout the meal, he checked in just the right amount, making sure everything was to our satisfaction without being intrusive.
What truly stood out was J's knowledge and enthusiasm for the menu. He offered insightful recommendations that catered to our tastes and dietary preferences, enhancing our dining experience significantly. His suggestions were spot-on, and we were delighted with every dish we tried.
Moreover, J's ability to handle a busy restaurant with grace and efficiency was impressive. Despite the bustling atmosphere, he maintained a calm demeanor and ensured that all guests received the same high level of service. It was clear that he leads his team by example, fostering a culture of excellence and dedication.
In conclusion, J's outstanding management skills and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction make Alon's a standout dining destination in Atlanta. I highly recommend visiting Alon's and experiencing J's exceptional service firsthand. He truly goes above and beyond to create a memorable dining experience.

Food is good but the portion fluxates (sometimes is normal sometimes is very very low). Specially For paid additional toppings on sandwiches. And coffee quality is is average but don't count on the mill frothing for lattes. Its very unfortunate to see the quality and reviews of this place is going down.

Atmosphere is great. We are regular customer. The training is terrible, very inconsistent food portion and coffee quality. To be clear, we added avocado to the Gruyère Panini (charged $1 addition) and when we got the food, we had really hard time to find avocado in there. I’m completely fine if they charge more (it’s in Buckhead) but please provide consistent foods. Regarding the latte we ordered, there is very inconsistent froth (micro foam). Sometimes good and sometimes terrible.
