AltaToro is a Latin restaurant that offers reasonably priced meals made to an impressive standard. The food features perfect seasoning that can elevate even simple dishes like burgers and French toast into delightful dining experiences. The restaurant ambiance beautiful and eclectic, with nice visuals like a large decorative tree and colorful artwork. Servers and fire dancers were an added bonus because they were fun and very friendly/helpful. The food was very good, with yummy starters including ceviche with passion fruit sauce, empanadas, guacamole and sautéed scallops. Excellent main dishes are halibut, herb crusted lamp chops and filet. Healthy options available for vegetarians too! Great salads. It is designed well and has a beautiful aesthetic. The host was able to sit guests before their reservation time, and was nice and friendly. The menu creator did not go over board with the price of mimosas, with $3 for a mimosa glass being great. Guests receive a lot of food for the price. Overall restaurant appeal is amazing.
