Perfect Latin fusion fair with creative dishes. Yummy starters include ceviche with passion fruit sauce, empanadas, guacamole and sautéed scallops. Excellent main dishes halibut, herb crusted lamp chops and filet. Healthy options available for vegetarians too! Great salads. Servers and fire dancers were an added bonus because they were fun and very friendly/helpful. (Managers could be friendlier.)
