Food is good, but the wings are very small considering their price increase. Customer service has gone down since they started hiring teenagers at the counter who would rather chat with each other rather then to take a customers order!
My family is visiting from Portland Oregon, we stopped by because my nephew follows several streamers who rave about this food line. This particular location was a let down. Although the food was great around 10:20pm they wouldn’t allow us to use the restroom despite waiting for our pick up order that we were waiting for well over 20minutes for. Although the cashier was passive about the denial the restaurant was still taking other orders.

3rd time in a row I asked for extra crispy and get the exact opposite. Last time coming here, they don’t respect their customers! Terrible customer service.

denisea (if i spelled it right) is the perfect fit for this location! she is welcoming & has a beautiful spirit! if SHE is there you will have the best experience! her energy is everything!
FOOD IS TOO GOOD
No proper greeting from cashier which inclined me to take my business elsewhere. As an electrician I would not be playing on my phone, I expect the same service from my food provider. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
