I ordered two weeks prior as per policy. Followed up a day prior to my scheduled pickup and realized the order wasn't finalized and wasn't scheduled to be made, but no worries because the owner customized a very nice strawberry cake for me at the last minute and upon pickup it was ready on time, and the taste was delicious. I ordered a devil's food cake for my husband's birthday last week and Yamesia absolutlely delivered. I had a hard time finding a baker who knew what a devil's food cake was. Not the case with Yamesia. The cake was delicious, moist with true deep chocolate flavor. The icing was light and not overly sweet. We had a sheet cake and usually there is cake left over at most of the parties I have attended in the last few years. This is my forever cake artist, decorator and baker. Kudos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
