Didn’t even get to try the food because the drive thru lady was so rude!!!! Whoever worked the night of Saturday, February 22 needs to find a job elsewhere. She acts as if they’re paying her extra to have that nasty attitude. We will NOT be going back to Arby’s!

Keldrick has a very nasty attitude, I usually don’t do bad reviews but he definitely deserves it my drive thru experience was horrible while he was very rude and disgruntle. From now on I’ll stay was from the N.Druid location

This place at 1025 told me to hold on for service. Proceeds to let me time out past 1130, after their closing time. I had no clue they closed at 1130..they could’ve easily told me I was 5 minutes til closing time and they were done. Instead they said to wait and then shut down. Very unprofessional and I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I hadn't been to Arby's in years, but my granddaughter talked me into taking her for the mac & cheese bites. Unfortunately, my choice for the smoked brisket sandwich was very disappointing. There was barely any beef brisket on the sandwich! And, the jamocha shake was NOT the delicious shake that I remember! Truthfully, there was barely any flavor at all ... all sweetness - no flavor. We did, however, get service with a smile.

I ordered a market fresh sandwich and it was the worst one I've ever seen/had. One slice of bread was the end which I'm fine when at home but if I'm paying for a sandwich I would like regular slice bread. Also there was barely any turkey meat and the meat that was on there was incredibly thick which is not the quality I expect from Arby's.
After seeing other reviews I realize now this seems to be an issue for the last few months so don't plan on going back to this location. The service seemed fine though, the quality control just needs a lot of work

Coke is watered down, workers act like they don’t want to work, and my reuben looks like a child made it. Tastes like absolute garbage. Ordered a Gyro as well but received a roast beef sandwich.
