Aria will definitely be seeing me again. Everything was better than I expected and just perfect for our weekly date night. What elevated the experience was our server. My partner is a very picky eater and was able to step outside his comfort zone as we enjoyed the chefs 7 course tasting. She was patient and understanding and provided suggestions that ultimately made the night much better. 10/10 I wish I remembered her name to share my gratitude.
Excellent restaurant with an appealing menu. Service was outstanding. We opted for the pate appetizer (it was enough for 4 people) and the lobster sharing plate. Followed that with the scallops and the lemon sole for the main plates. The sides and the seasoning was subtle enough not to interfere with the delicate flavor of the main plates. Our waiter was very attentive and made sure to keep the wine glasses topped off with small pours in order to retain the chill of the white...
It's been a while since I last ate at Aria, and I'm really glad I came back. The hamachi sashimi was super fresh, and the duck breast was a standout. Shoutout to floor sommelier Remy and owner Andres for putting together such a great wine list especially the Chavost Champagne, which was drinking beautifully. Service all around was fantastic, honestly some of the best hospitality in the city.
