My friend and I visited here on 11/8. We were excited to patronize a place in our area that we saw online. From the start, having a place to park and having an aesthetically pleasing restaurant were all pluses! However, it quickly went downhill. The restaurant is a great size, and from the looks of it, there were only 1 bartender and 1 server. We had to seat ourselves bc no one greeted us or informed us what to do! Understanding that the server was a lone wolf, I understood that the service may be slow.... But bruh, wayyyy tooooo slow... Considering that 2 of 4 tables were completed, she made it known that she was the only server there. However, from my observation, she was completely dragging her feet. It took her forever to bring us waters and went she FINALLY came back to take our drink order she smelled like cigarette smoke... texting on the phone, etc. We ordered our drinks... AND WAITED AND WAITED. I know for a FACT that it took her 30 mins to ONLY INFORM us that the bartender has stepped out "to go get supplies." She also made us aware that she would make the drinks herself, but she didn't want to get "cussed" out by her manager! NEEDED SUPPLIES... on a Friday evening? How? Anyway, the bartender finally returned... no bags nor supplies, just texting away on her phone... Our margaritas were made properly. I'll give her that!
I'm no restaurant owner. However, I do have a restaurant background... and a "foodie" experience! To be quite frank, the menu is too vast for the lacking crowd. There's no way to keep all that food fresh, seasoned, cooked consistently, etc.
With that knowledge, we ordered the fried red snapper, mac and cheese, and the ribeye with mashed potatoes. The steak was well seasoned and tender, although it was overcooked from our request medium temperature. The red snapper was huge and exciting, but it was fried HARDt! I literally tapped the fish with my fork, and it didn't budge, flake, or anything! Way too hard for me! The taste of the breading was cool, but the inside tasted like NOTHING! No marinade, no season, nothing. With the menu description, I was sure it was going to be tasty... I was disappointed 2.5/5 stars
Menu Description: Marinaded, seasoned, and fried to perfection
*** JUST NO, NO IT WASNT***
Sides: Mac and Cheese was tasty. However, a STRONG taste of Ole Bay or seafood seasoning, the mashed potatoes was a baked potato... mashed... no cream... whipping.. just mashed. LITERALLY...
We our server asked about our experience and feedback, I made her aware of the fish, service, etc... We spoke about it lacking taste and fried extremely hard... Her response was: " I told them they should marinade the fish!" LOOOLLL, I could only laugh bc WTF! She's either clueless about the details of the menu and not properly trained, OR, the kitchen is overloaded by the vast menu. ( my point from above)
My friend def ate the fish (he's not wasteful, and we decided not to make a deal of it with management).
If it was up to me, I would have left the restaurant when it took our server 30 mins to lie to us about the bartender stepping out. But my friend asked me to have grace and patience.
This restaurant has sooooo much potential. Parking lot, easy access, great music, beautiful aesthetics, and an amazing size for events or simply a packed out restaurant... However, the front house needs a great deal of management upkeep.
In all honesty, I was disappointed in my visit. I'm unsure if i would ever visit again or recommend it to anyone... unless management themselves reach out.
I wish the best.

We decided to check out this new restaurant for dinner on Saturday evening around 8pm. There was no wait to be seated in the bar area, but if you have a larger rear end-please find other seating the bar stools are super tiny. I ordered a pomegranate lemon drop, received a pineapple one, sent it back, got a dirty glass with red all on the inside, then the 3rd drink was a peach lemondrop....I decided to keep it or I would still be there trying to get what I ordered. The silverware was all spotted and some appeared to be dirty. The owner came over and we told him our grievances, he kind of apologized but made excuses. The lamb was good, although we didnt know there was going to be sauce all over them as the menu doesn't say they will. The mac n cheese had some kind of strong seasoning almost seafood-like such as old bay, was not good at all. I don't know why, but I then ordered a key lime cake, I was given lemon instead. We had told the owner earlier that is was my birthday, so he sent a chocolate cake which was very good and red velvet that I didn't taste because I was just ready to go by this time. There is much room for improvement and ownership of the mistakes carelessly being made.

I went to Authentic Steak & Seafood yesterday 11/23. I found out about this place on IG, needless to say I was not impressed. The decor was beautiful, just one side needs a little more added as it looks very empty. The food was not good at all. I had the authentic seafood bucket, the only thing that was good in the bucket was the shrimp. The corn was nasty, tasted just like water like it had been sitting in water soaking it up. The sausage in the bucket was a hot dog, if they ran out of real sausage they could have just said that. We had crab fingers for the appetizer, which they were good but not worth $22. Overall I spent $150 which was not worth it, for that price I expected top notch/quality. Not to mention it took 1.5hrs to get our food. They need to work on customer service and fire the shelf cus the food wasn't fooding. Mostly likely I will not be going back at all!

On a Thursday, we made a reservation for a group of 12 people for that following Monday at 7:30p. We were told to call ahead of time to ensure our reservation was... secure, I guess.
Monday comes, we call about our reservation all day long, no one answers the phone. Monday evening comes, we arrive at 7p. The parking lot was empty, save for one car. The venue is open. We find out the only staff there is a female bartender and the cook. She had been there since 11a, and no other staff came in. She was supposed to be relieved at 7p... but no one came. There was no owner and no manager on site. She also knew nothing about our reservation. Needles to say, we left and went elsewhere.
The venue itself is beautiful, very posh. They did an amazing job renovating the space because it use to be a club. Idk what has happened internally, but they need to get it together.

Atlanta foodies, Authentic Steak and Seafood on Campbellton Rd is THE new hot spot, and I finally got to dive into the full experience! From the start, I was blown away by the smoky aroma of their Old Fashioned and the refreshingly sweet strawberry lemon drop – a perfect way to kick things off! Then came the food: a perfectly grilled, juicy steak, followed by a whole fried snapper that was crispy and seasoned to perfection.
Brunch is where they really shine, though—imagine crispy, golden chicken and waffles, just the right mix of savory and sweet! If you’re a seafood lover, prepare yourself for their fried oysters and a bucket loaded with fresh crab legs, both absolutely indulgent. And let's not forget the lobster mac and cheese – rich, creamy, and loaded with flavor – or the juicy cheeseburger for classic comfort.
There’s so much to love here, and each dish is crafted with so much attention to flavor.

The food was okay! Crab claws was the best thing I had. I ordered a lemon drop made with tequila & they charged me for a lemon drop with vodka & then charged me for a whole tequila. It was like the charged me for 2 drinks, instead of doing an upcharge. I probably won’t be visiting again.

Totally impressed, the taste of the food was game changing. I'm only writing this review cause i went back a second time to try the steak and it was mind blowing not to mention the staff was A1 on point the entire time! Great job Authentic

Okay, so let me start by saying I WANT THIS BUSINESS TO THRIVE and this is a LOVING critique.
With that said, I was disappointed with the meal we got here. It was our anniversary and we figured we'd give this place a try, as we live a few blocks away. This location, which I knew as the clubs, Marko's and DejaVu , has been renovated and it is lovely, but rather dark. Venue is a great event space with two bars, stage and VIP areas.
The food? While seasoned well (a bit heavy, but I liked it), I was bothered that we ordered a NY strip and a ribeye and it looks like I was given two skirt syeaks for a NY strip and not sure about the rib eye. You only get one side and the portions were small. The drinks? Weak. I had a margaritas with 1800 tequila. My husband wanted Barcardi light, they were out. They also were out of baked potatoes, so I got the broccoli. Nothing special.
We spent about $120 for two and for that price, I expected at least Longhorn or Chili's kinda quality. It wasn't. The crab fingers? We've had them in Florida before and expected a platter of them for $20. We gor six claws that were basically stuffed and fried. Seasoning was stoke level HEAVY and I expected a bit more for the price.
I MIGHT give them another try in the future, but was not impressed by our visit and disappointed our anniversary meal wasn't as special as I wanted it to be.
No complaints on service.
I need this establishment to do better; I was so excited to see it open.
