Congratulations on the retirement of Chef Marla. We are really going to miss this place and are grateful that we managed to snag a last minute opening to be there at the end. Boy am I going to miss this amazing place ! The food is alway delicious. I'm going to miss waiting for the menu to change with the seasons . Love that corn chowder! Nothing beats veal piccata. I really like the atmosphere. It's just an old house and it looks like one but that's what's nice about it. The food was very good and the staff was very nice.

We were so happy to be able to say goodbye yesterday evening to our favorite restaurant before it closes. Marla, thank you for many years of wonderful celebrations, from the years when you were at the corner of N. Highland and Colquitt to our delightful meal last night. We'll miss your wonderful menu and your special spirit, but here's to travel, gardening, time with family, and a bit of relaxation too!

The whole experience was perfect... I will miss this lovely place once its gone. The bread is fresh and always served hot. The soups can't go unnoticed since its so good!! I only wish they would stay around longer and I am sorry I didn't go more often than I have in the last 6 months!!

So glad we were able to get a reservation during the last few weeks of this stellar restaurant's being open. We have been customers since the beginning and could not have found better more consistent food anywhere for the last 30 years. The service has always been top notch, you really are made to feel at home every time you go. I have been a fan of their Alaskan Halibut which I had again last evening. We wish Marla a great retirement and this great restaurant will be missed!
We love this place and are saddened that they will close but we relish all the memories we had and made here. Our favorite waiter, Robin. Will be at another of our favorite restaurants.

As always, Babette's was outstanding--the food, our server, the porch, everything about this restaurant was and has always been perfect. We will miss it terribly but will treasure many fond memories of lovely evenings spent there.
