I wrote a review a couple of days ago, but it was deleted. I am not sure how that happened. I wanted to re-post my opinion in hopes of helping others and maybe the restaurant management.

I will not write as much as I did last time. The main takeaway from my experience is that the staff was cold and unwelcoming, both the host and server. And the food was subpar. There are plenty of restaurants, especially Italian restaurants, in Atlanta/Sandy Springs where you can feel welcomed and enjoy delicious, authentic food.

Finally found an above average Italian place in Sandy Springs! Tje meatball was app was really good. I had the tile fish which was perfectly seared and cooked to the right temp. The tagliatelle with mushrooms, sausage and cream sauce was wonderfully unctuous. Our server Anna was great.

Kinda meh. Should hunker down and work on simple, flavorful dishes.

We thoroughly enjoyed Baraonda’s “25 Pastatini” special last Thursday, featuring select pastas and martinis for $25, all served piping hot and more than enough to share for two.

We started with a few apps and crafted martinis, and our favorites were the Gigli Vodka and Linguini. We also tried the Diavolo pinsa and couldn’t pass up the pistachio cream cannolis, definitely worth it and even better as leftovers. Just saying…

Wonderful atmosphere service good BUT see previous reviews, the pasta with seafood has no flavor, literally nothing. I have had Zuppa de pesce at the now closed Alfredos you could see and taste onion pieces, garlic and tomatoes...which was the flavor, the soup if you will was so good you'd ask for more bread to dip it in. Not this dish, don't understand how these owners can't taste their own dish and realize its tomatoe looking but literally no spices, no flavors.

Wow, great experience. Wonderful menu with superb execution. Loved our server who gave us great recommendations. Also liked that it was not too loud in the restaurant.

Had a great dinner on Valentine's. Good food and service and they were streaming popular love songs for the ambience...

Very good food and ambiance! We had a table reserved but still had to wait 40 minutes for a table which was the only issue with our experience.
