I got the original Butter Pecan Ice cream, in a sugar cone the ice cream had an old taste and the pecans were soft and chewy, it was probably expired ice cream. My husband got a sugar cone with chocolate ice cream, his paper on the cone wouldn’t release from the actual cone so he had to throw his away. I been coming here for the past 10 years, something is very different but I won’t be back. The attendant dipped the scooper into the water solution prior to digging in the ice cream tub, dripping water from the solution all into the ice cream to be served to people.

The WORST ice cream shop I’ve been to. Had our ice cream mixed up and I’m allergic to almonds and was told I didn’t say it right when there’s a language barrier between me and the woman who was taking orders. Proceeded to try to hand us gloves telling us to switch it around, after saying I’m allergic to them. Then said it was still our fault, locked the window , unlocked it, and said just come in to get it fixed because “I’m not doing this”. Customer service is hit or miss, same as the quality of the ice cream. The ONLY thing spot on is the donuts.I want again today and again they refuse to make a shake. She explained that they have already done the cleaning for the night. At 9:30 pm but they close at 12 am

This location has the worst customer service at the ice cream part of the store, 4 people working at the drive thru some other person came in and didint serve her either we asked for service and didint serve us still so we walked out because we waited atleast 10 minutes there. Since these new people came Before them weve never had issues with the customer service until today

We placed our order. I was standing at the register and a female( a member of the family that owns the location) said my total. I looked down to get my card out. When I looked up she was helping someone else. She never came back. The guy that scooped our ice cream came over. I said so since she keeps walking by me does that mean it's free? He apologized and took my card. When you do business in America learn how to offer good customer service. People dont have to spend their hard earned money just because you are there. Everyone should be treated with respect.

I ordered a banana royals. It was awful! The ice cream was too soft, so it started off melted. The scoops were so small it’s as if they used a teaspoon. The caramel topping was missing. There were more bananas than anything.You can see it bears no resemblance to the picture. That’s mine after I stirred it searching for caramel that was supposed to be on the top. That’s the second one that was made because they put the wrong flavors in the first one. I guess they felt like the remake didn’t need caramel. I called back and she swore she put it in there. Why can’t I see it, or taste it? My ice cream has caramel in it , so there should be caramel everywhere; but there was only a smidge. There’s hardly any ice cream either. I know times are hard , but damn! That was a soupy waste of time!
