Love the organic chicken options, super hard to find! Also the lobster roll is incredible, highly recommend!
If I could give it 10 stars I would! Macyn was the best! If you haven’t had one, you’ve got to get the peach cobbler latte! I will definitely be back.
If you’re looking for a local recommendation in Old Fourth Ward, Necessary Purveyor is it.
It has become one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood. Everything is thoughtfully sourced, the menu is consistently fresh, and you can tell they genuinely care about the quality of what they’re serving. The team is always welcoming, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad coffee or matcha there.

Necessary Purveyor offers a welcoming atmosphere with excellent hospitality and friendly staff. The management is solid, and the service is top-notch. The food, including items like pancakes with blueberries and breakfast omelets with potatoes, is delicious. The coffee is tasty, though priced high. Overall, a nice place to enjoy good food and great service in a cute space.
