I picked up over $200 of food for a work lunch with a coworker, and they gave the wrong order. I have been on hold for 1 1/2 hours. The manager is not this busy to not answer the phone. This is the worst place ever. So unorganized, they should have more than one manager on duty or authorize employees to give refunds if customers show proof. This is uncalled for. Placing a reservation means absolutely nothing; you're still going to have to wait nearly an hour before a table is ready.
