This is the third time I've dined at Pacci. The Coca Cola Braised Short Ribs are bar none delicious! As is the polenta and asparagus. My date had the Short Ribs Pappardelle, which were also amazing. I will be there again!
Spaghetti Carbonara was quite disappointing. Very eggy. There should have been Romano or Parmesan cheese to provide a little contact to the eggs. If any cheese was in the sauce, it was at microscopic proportions.
The prefixe jazz dinner was really tasty. We had the focaccia bread with three dipping options, beef carpaccio, pork osso buco, mashed potatoes and asparagus and teramasu for dessert. Dessert was my least favorite. Had rioja red wine that paired well with the meal. My biggest issue was all the people with barking dogs walking through the dining area. Many guests were talking about how rude it was to be eating, trying to listen to the wonderful jazz trio with dogs barking. Pacci needs to get a handle on this and ask hotel guests to not come through the restaurant area.
We visited for Easter brunch and the food was terrible. Absolutely not worth $65 per person. I don't even know where to start. The risotto was hard and dry. The potatoes were shriveled up and dry. We went at 1:30 and it looked as if the food had been sitting out hours, even if it wasn't, the quality was awful.
Excellent service, warm hospitality, peaceful setting, and great wait staff. We have stayed at the Brice hotel before, and find ourselves going back to this restaurant several times. Great wait staff - including Sophie and Zophriana! Thank you.
What has happened to this restaurant? It used to be so good. This last visit will certainly be my LAST visit. After having to wait to be sat, our server didn't even approach us within for first 5 minutes of being seated. When the server arrived they started to pour water and they poured it all over the table and one guests cell phone. We ordered drinks, 2 of us ordered mocktails (one that was ordered they were out of) and mine definitely came out as a cocktail. We ordered heavy on the apps: CHEF LUIGI'S FOCACCIA, BRUSSELS SPROUTS SALAD & COMPRESSED WATERMELON SALAD. The bread was very dry. The watermelon salad was 3 very small pieces of normal watermelon. The Brussels salad was actually very tasty but not big enough to be a meal. When it came time to order entrees I had asked “which is better the short rib Marsala or the braised short rib?” the answer from our server was “Neither, because we are out.” The dinners we ordered were: SEAFOOD MANICOTTI, SEASONAL RAVIOLI & ROASTED CHICKEN BREAST. The texture of the manicotti was different, think tuna salad consistency in a manicotti, not great. The chicken breast says it comes with bourbon glazed carrots. That is very untrue, they tasted like they were pickled and then steamed. The chicken was very dry. The creamy risotto was very tasty I will say. As for the seasonal ravioli, it happened to be spinach and mushroom. Nothing really bad today bout it, but nothing good either. Overall, nobody finished their plate and didn't care to take their food home. Also it was unfortunate that everything we came for was not available. Also, sometimes when people order a mocktail it is VERY important that they come with no alcohol! I hope this restaurant gets back to the way they used to be. Too bad I'll never go back to see it.
I was disappointed with my brocollini. It was bitter and my daughters seafood manicotti, the pasta was too Al diente And we had a vegetarian dining with us and the waitress was So nice , but didn't offer an option that we could order. Overall I had a nice time. But I do travel to savannah a couple of times a year and I probably won't eat at your restaurant again.
Food and atmosphere was amazing! Would highly recommend based on those two qualities. However, our server was rude right off the bat when we mentioned splitting our ticket amongst our party (8-9 ways) and seemed to be agitated with requests by the party. That was our only negative thing to say but otherwise, great experience.
We found the restaurant to be highly overrated. Food was either tasteless or aggressively salted. Wine was simply okay and very overpriced. Our waitress was new but was personable and good. We will not return.
Delightful breakfast experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From the fluffy pancakes to the perfectly brewed coffee, every bite was a treat. The cozy ambiance and friendly service made it even more enjoyable

Yo, let me drop some truth about this dinner joint! As a sistah rollin' in lookin' for some real southern flavor, I had my own vibe goin' on. I peeped the menu, but it was missing that 'umph' I was feelin'. So, I straight-up hit 'em with a request The crew had me crackin' up – they were all like, 'Sis, we got you!' Next thing I know, Straight fire!
Came for a girls “Galentine Dinner”. Food was delicious. i had the brussel sprouts salad (they ran out of avocado, but it was still yummy!), seafood manicotti & mushroom risotto. They forgot to put in my order of risotto, so i ended up taking that to go. My friends had a shrimp caesar salad & mussels & the other had the short rib with brussels sprouts. Both enjoyed their meals. Only issue is that we were seated near the main entrance so there was constant movement & talking behind us. Also it was cold that night, so every time the door opened there was a chill. Would suggest putting up a curtain to minimize noise exposure.
The food and service were good. The noise level was very high. The voices were at shouting levels and in addition there was live music adding to volume. We could barely have a conversation. I cannot imagine ever returning to Pacci.
While I was initially very worried at the service I received from the maître d', my experience was pleasant. The duck prosciutto bruschetta was delicious. My entrée, the seafood canneloni was nothing to write home about. It didn't have much flavor and was quite expensive for what it was. I only found about 2 chunks or shrimp in it. It was served with a load of mixed greens with no dressing. Odd. The peach cheesecake was sublime. Breakfast the next morning was much better than dinner. The étouffé and biscuits were delicious and they make a surprisingly good latte.
My second Valentine's Day Dinner at Pacci. Last year they were renovating so we came back this year. The New Decor is Stunning! Service was spectacular. Food was fresh, delicious, and hot! Drinks were well balanced and unique. 100% recommend!!
