This was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The food was fun and interesting and very tasty. But the highlight of my visit was by far the service team. Sheikira and her team were amazing and accommodating. I would suggest Pacci to anyone visiting Savannah

Cyrus was an amazing server! He had great wine suggestions and also gave great ideas for the rest of our stay!

Highly suggest! Food was great, drinks were delicious. Our server was amazing, he was so kind and attentive. It got a little loud toward the end of our dinner but that's okay. There was live music but it wasn't so loud that I couldn't hear.

Great service and good for our large group! We had the side room and it was private and a great way to celebrate our family event.

Eh...my least favorite dining experience in a very long time. Our server was wonderful. The food was good, but certainly not worth the price. I had the chicken parm. Water was dripping from the ceiling, and I moved over. Even moving it ended up dripping in my water. We just said we were finished and got our checks.

Our service was poor. Server brought bread very late, it was stale, and then said he would bring our entree immediately after. I asked him to please hold off to give us time to enjoy bread which took too long. I added chicken to my salad which was a mistake. It tasted like it had been sitting in a fridge for a week. A very disappointing dinner.

Undercooked focaccia and pizzas. Very light on sauce for pasta. Caprese and fries were good. I wouldn't go back.

There weren't too many people dining when we arrived. Given that the restaurant is an Italian restaurant, I was disappointed that there wasn't a larger wine selection from the Italy region (none by the glass and only a few bottles from Italy region). Lastly, we were about to order dessert only to be informed that the kitchen had already closed. Our server did not inform us about last call or ask if we wanted to place our dessert order before the kitchen closed.

Overall the food and service were good considering we were a party of 9. We did sit in what must be a hotel conference room with another large party so not very intimate but was quiet allowing us to carry on conversations easily. Peter was a great server, very attentive and personable. The menu was somewhat limited but the food was good. We went back the following morning and breakfast was very good with many more breakfast options. Shakeeria gave us outstanding service!

Our server was very attentive, even letting us know when she had to run a pizza up for a delivery and that her coworker would check on us if we needed anything. The food came out super fast and was amazing even though they had a large catered party outide as well. We were blown away by the excellent service! We will definitely be back when in town again! Our biggest concern was the noise level in the restaurant. We were originally seated by a large party of women and it was extremely loud...the hostess was kind enough to seat us on the opposite end of the restaurant in a corner booth which was much better. The large party left shortly after we were seated and we had a wonderful meal. My husband was also glad they had the oyster stout beer on tap..a big win as many restaurants don't carry dark beer. The peach salad is a must and the risotto was excellent!

Our service was outstanding! The bathroom was hard to get to, being serviced during dinner, but nice otherwise. The food was delish! Thank you!

Pasta and meatballs did not have much flavor, pizza was well done on bottom. There only seemed to be one waiter and he was overwhelmed.

This was the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel restaurant. Purgatory Eggs were sensational!

Heather

Meatball appetizer was cold. Food wasn't fresh. Pasta was hard and seemed old, dried out. The focaccia was good, but wasn't served with roasted garlic as described and they were out of the beef medallions. I didn't ask, but seemed as if it was a brand new restaurant that was working out kinks and was extremely short staffed for table service.

Dennis

I have the noise level a 3 out of 4 but in fairness our party of 8 was the noise! Great time great place!
