My husband and I stopped by Big Daddy's Kitchen on our way from Atlanta visiting my family to head back on the road. We had a taste for something home cooked, with flavor, and with southern charm. This restaurant felt like home and history at the same time.BDK was that and more. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked into the door. We were met with a table full of desserts. The staff behind the counter were nice and patient with us as we were out of towners new to the setup and routine on how to order. Later, the owner or manager came to give us extra items to enjoy our dining experience and shared some good conversations. We also got well more than what I expected for our oxtail meal in portions! The food tasted phenomenal! We later saw other customers come to sit and enjoy which is rare these days because most people get their food and go. The funny thing is we saw this restaurant in passing in looking for another restaurant in wanting to try something new and got a different vibe when we walked in, so we left and remembered BDK on the same road. We will definitely be back to visit. Thanks Big Daddy's Kitchen for the experience! ❤️😍😁🤗

I visited this place in 2017 for family reunion, fast forward. I move here. 2021I couldn't remember the name on a place. I just knew the first time I tried it. Every single dish I had was good every single dish my family had was good. No complaints from 7 people I found that through a co-worker. Oh my God, it looked different, cuz. They upgraded, but please go here, they give you the biggest big back portions. And everything sees it to perfection, nice customer service
Agree with other post turkey wings were super dry awful. I threw them away not even edible. I also did not like the dressing. Upset wasted my money. Customer service from the ladies was good but I heard the older guy talking rudely to another customer. Cascade location is better.

2 words … salt and pepper! That’s allll it tastes like they use in their sides. Yams not sweet. I don’t need them to be diabetic sweet, but these have a sprinkle of sugar a pat of butter and no cinnamon or nutmeg. Squash nothing but salt and pepper. Dressing bland with gravy and cranberry. No trinity used. You gotta go on Old Nat cause Cambelltonhas gone down hill.
