That lady is extremely rude. Told me to get out her window and had NO costumer service. Not to mention that the wait was crazy
My girl told me it was trash so im leaving this review. Go to pelicans yall they have better snowcones and more customizable items
Love the fact these folks use a kiosk for ease of ordering. My London Pound Cake Surprise was out within minutes of payment and uniquely flavorful and excellently made. However, I'm pretty sure someone urinated around the only table out front because shortly after I sat down to enjoy my SnowBall I smelled the order very strongly.
FIRST OFF I DID NOT PURCHASE A SNOWBALL. My review is regarding my in-store experience. I’m a technologist and I completely get that businesses want to utilize their staff where it matters most and online/kiosk ordering allows for that. My concern is that there was no one available to ask questions to. There is one way glass so I’m not even sure there was anyone there. My suggestion would be to at least greet your customers and let them know that although we only take online kiosk orders we’re here to answer questions. It’s a very impersonable experience which is far from what you would expect based on the thought of getting snow balls a kids.
Additionally reading the responses the concerns of many customers says everything. Very rude and unprofessional. No empathy just snarky and condescending. Businesses do not survive without customers.
This is my go to when I’m wanting something nostalgic. I love to just eat slowly, savoring the memories.
Dumbest Snowball stand in the world.drove 45 minutes in traffic with kids and they would not take cash😡
Should have read all the 1-Star reviews!
Traveled 4 hours to satisfy my snow cone craving just for them to be closed & “cashierless” AKA LAZY!
They even take the time to claim “ seasonal “ and it was everything but that!
Very disappointing and won’t be worried about coming back

I wasn’t going to share my experience, but after reading the comments from , whom I am assuming is the owner or spokesperson for Big Easy, I couldn’t hold my peace. I was there for the LAST time about 2 months ago and the young people working were very rude and unprofessional. From the response to the comments on google it’s a reflection of management! I asked for a refund and was met with nasty attitudes and words hurtled at me. You might have been open for four years, but I don’t see four more years. To try and make every complaint the customers fault, instead of addressing the real issues, is ludicrous. If I don’t EVER eat another snowball, trust me I will never patronize this place! Good riddance to bad rubbish….
This used to be my go-to spot for snowballs, but things have changed since their recent remodel. Now, you have to place your order online, even for something as simple as a watermelon snow cone, which ends up taking several minutes just to complete. After that, I had to wait around 10 minutes for my order, even though I was the only customer there at the time. To make matters worse, they’ve removed the seating area, so there’s no place to sit while you wait for your snowball. The overall experience just isn’t as convenient or enjoyable as it used to be.
I haven’t had the chance to try it. My son has been begging to come here and this is the 3rd time I’ve attempted to bring him here as today is his birthday. He’s been looking forward to it all week. We pull in the parking lot after checking online hours before arriving, and they only have a sign posted on the door that they’re closed today. The most recent sign is a cutesy way of saying they’re closed on Tuesdays. It’s hard to find it cutesy when it’s the 3rd time you’ve been hoodwinked by their online hours. I don’t know how difficult it is to change hours on Google, but I can’t imagine it’s impossible. It’s frustrating to get little one’s hopes up. This place seems to cater to children, but it doesn’t seem like they’ve considered that aspect at all.
no ac, nowhere to sit, owner is rude & unprofessional with a lack of customer service skills, but my snoball is good ?

Snowballs are great. I just don’t like the new online ordering system.
