We booked a 20 person team reservation at 6 pm. We stood in 10 person deep line waiting for a hostess to appear for almost 10 minutes. I interrupted a server to tell them that a hostess or manager needed to attend to the line after waiting 10 minutes. Long story short we watched a 20 person party get seated before us and when we complained to the manager he said they had a 5pm reservation and have been waiting for over an hour. Bottom line don't expect an open table reservation to mean anything when you arrive. They are completely disorganized at the front of the house.

Our waiter, Benji, was amazing. He was the only server for the whole restaurant and he handled it like a champ! The food is phenomenal. Best coconut shrimp I’ve ever had!

Nice Folks but the wings did not have enough seasoning, stop serving vegan bland tacos, chicken burrito bowl was good and the burger was good. Too many things on the menu you can't be great at it all!

I recently visited Big Kahuna restaurant in downtown Atlanta with an old friend and her 5-year-old son. The server recommended their most popular dish, the Big Kahuna burger, which I found to be decent, accompanied by fries. My friend enjoyed her tacos, and her son happily devoured his cheeseburger. However, overall, I felt that the food left more to be desired, and I'm uncertain if I would return based on my palate preferences. It was giving a little bit of dive bar vibes.

Went with a workgroup party of 16. Made reservations a couple of days in advance with no problem. Promptly were sat and our servers and staff did an amazing job from cradle to grave. The food was really great and surpassed our expectations.

Food was average, service was horrible. We reserved a table beforehand and still had to ask someone to seat us. Our server never did bring straws or refills or even napkins. I had to go in the kitchen to get napkins!! Both servers just didn't want to be

The experience was really good. Even though it was Presidents Day and it was little slow, I could tell even if they were busy, the service would still be the same. I'll definitely come back again !!

Had a 9:45 reservation for a birthday dinner. Upon arrival we were immediately told that last call for food to be cooked would be 10:30. Keep this in mind as i cont. to discuss my experience. I don't like that the establishment allows such late reservations knowing that the kitchen closes at 10:30. I had a large group in my reservation, so we all were rushed to put in drink orders as well as food.I feel like this is something that the customer should be made aware of prior to making a reservation so that a proper decision can be made as to what time to select as a reservation; especially for larger parties. This didn't give us time to really go through the menu thoroughly. After ordering we immediately received our appetizers (Fried pickles) The were delicious but a tad be salty. We also received drinks. Everyone in the group ordered margaritas which were terrible. I'm a bartender so I'm well aware of how a margarita should taste. I was not happy with the way my mango margarita was prepared so i asked to have them all sent back and remade only for them to still be disgusting. This is a “Californian Mexican” restaurant; if anything, the bartender should know how to make a decent margarita. Do not order the margaritas, you will be disappointed. Moving along to main courses; i ordered something simple as chicken quesadillas; the chicken was great but my quesadilla lacked the cheese that makes it a quesadilla. My husband ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and said that it was cold but although it was cold the sandwich is massive and was delicious. I honestly believe that bcuz the kitchen was about to close we received subpar food. Not many tables needed to be waited on so i feel that our food shld have been prepared substantially but this was not the case. Overall service was ok, our waiter Cordell was what i would describe as an ok server, could have been better because as mentioned before only three tables were being serviced. I dont think I'll be returning.

Food was very fresh. I had a guac salad, a bit of chicken steak fajitas. Meat is cooked very tender. I would highly recommend it if u crave some Latin cuisine.

Food is nowhere near as good as the prices. Yes you get a good portion size but the taste isn't there. Also the service wasn't so good. There were families counting mine. Nobody came to check on us until we were finished. So we received no refills until we got the check. Really like the look of the place. Its also a great location if you're staying in the hotel next door. Spent 90 bucks for some chicken tenders, nachos, two small tacos, and some mediocre salsa.
