This was a great experience with extremely delicious food! Sasha was phenomenal and really explained the flavoring for each dish and drink down to the tee!!!!

I strongly recommend this restaurant for a date night or even solo dinner!

Ate at Black Jack and had a dope experience. Food was fire and the vibe was right. Big shoutout to Sasha—super cool, on point with everything, and really made the whole experience better. Definitely pulling back up!

We came here on a Monday evening for my partner’s birthday and we may have found our new favorite restaurant.

First off, the decor and atmosphere was incredible immediately. It’s easy to see when a place is just trying to be “kitschy” and this is NOT one of those places. Everywhere has a beautiful view with so many different textures and elements, the seating is some of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant while still remaining practical, and the music had a little bit of everything that added another layer of charm. Even the area outside the bathrooms is beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were great too, with great lighting!

The service was outstanding. Sasha took care of us while we were there and she gave us a very personable, passionate, and knowledgeable evening. She really knows every detail you could need to know about every ingredient in both the food and the drinks from where things are sourced, what’s made in-house, and flavor profiles. The timing of drinks and dishes was really kind of perfect and very consistent the entire evening. Empty water glasses seemingly, magically filled and a lot of attention to when cocktails were low and plates were clearing. The GM checked in on us a couple times and he told us even more about the restaurant and what they’re about and we fell more in love with the place!

One of each cocktail was ordered at our table, also including the n/a version of the mango sticky rice cocktail and every single drink couldn’t have been more unexpected and wildly different and delicious. Perfect pairings of ingredients, most of which are made in-house. Every cocktail was a full experience, not just a drink. The n/a mango sticky rice was delicious. It wasn’t just a glorified cup of juice nor was it just a cup of sugar, it was delicious and refreshing and an absolute treat.

We gradually made our way through most of the menu as a group and as each plate was brought to the table, we had a new favorite dish! We couldn’t decide on a favorite by the end of the night, everything was equally delicious. While the plates are small they’re still very well portioned, we split everything between 4 people and we actually all left perfectly full. The yuzu donuts are also absolutely delicious. The yuzu curd filling was a rich and tangy delight. Everything was brought out so beautifully but not many photos were taken because we were all too busy enjoying ourselves to even think about it.

Everything about our evening was an absolute treat, we didn’t want to leave! If you’re looking for an elevated yet cozy and personable evening of incredible dishes and cocktails, do yourself a favor and spend some time here. There’s such a rich and deep level of intention in everything about this restaurant that was not lost on us and we hope more of you get to experience it.

Thank you so much for a lovely evening! We’ll see y’all again soon!

Best cocktails in the city right now, hands down! Our server, Sasha, was astoundingly attentive and friendly and went out of her way to make our experience perfect. Vibes were immaculate. Thanks for such a great night, Blackjack!

Amazing atmosphere and service. Had the celery sour and it was so delicious and refreshing. Validated parking is a plus!

Blackjack is a feast for the eyes and the stomach. Pictures don't do it justice - you really have to see this place, which incorporates an exhilarating medley of modern Thai design notes into a cocktail bar that preserves the historic elements of the Irish bar that previously occupied the space. Beyond the visual, the place sounds lovely (fun playlist, not too loud) and exudes a warm, chic vibe.

I first had the nigiri cocktail, a drink you really can't get anywhere else; it tasted and smelled like ngiri sushi and was served in a Kikoman soy sauce bottle. It was novel and interesting, savory and served with ginger, probably not the kind of thing I'd have round after round of. But fun to try. The sazorac was quite good.

The kimchi fried rice (I got it with chicken and steak) was quite good and filling. Yuzu doughnuts rounded out the meal. Pretty unusual (and delightful) for an energetic cocktail bar to also have good food.

I’m visiting a friend in town who goes to emory, and I took a chance on this place, and I was so very pleased with my choice! Every drink I tried was incredible (loved the bubble on the lychee drink, absolutely loved the mango sticky rice & celery sour cocktails) and we tried a big sampling of food and each dish we got was super yummy! My favorites were the spicy crunchy tuna, fried enoki mushrooms, and kimchi fried rice. The decoration and vibe inside the store is eclectic, exclusive, and very vampire goth chic (perf for photos!). We also loved the playlist, every song was a banger! Thank you Blackjack!!!

The experience started strong with a solid rating of 10 but unfortunately dropped to a 5 by the end of the night. On the plus side, I had a reservation for seven and was seated right away, plus the server was fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. However, parking; after spending $145 including tip, I had left and forgot to get my parking 🅿️ validated, returned, only to be told by the receptionist that they couldn't validate it since I had left. Given that I had a reservation and literally just dined there, it seemed like a no-brainer to accommodate that. The vibe took a turn around 8 PM when the music got excessively loud, the lights dimmed, and they switched to trap music. Literally had the explicit version of Doechii Nissan Altima playing. I was initially loving and hoping for a more relaxed atmosphere. When I mentioned the loud music to the manager, she explained they cater to a crowd that typically expects that vibe, which left me wondering who exactly was looking to party midweek. It’s Crescent on a Wednesday and the place was nearly empty. I definitely won’t be back!

Went here for Mother’s Day brunch, had a blast! Great vibe, music, and menu; server Blade was fantastic as well. Kimchi fried rice and beef jerky were table favorites. Will be back!

I’m so upset I didn’t get my server name, but he did an amazing job. I ordered the spicy shrimp spaghetti and it was so good tens across the board amazing restaurant I will be back.

This bar is such a vibe! The decor is awesome - pieces from a local church that was burned down, blessed by monks. Very comfortable vibe with amazing cocktails. Our bartender Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and made amazing cocktails. James, the GM, came by and gave us more details about the history of the spot and decor. I would have never guessed they’ve been open for a week. Highly recommend checking it out for at least a cocktail or two!

Cucumber salad cocktail might be one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Their take on beef jerky was amazing as well. Highly recommend!

Great addition to the neighborhood

Just checked out the new Thai fusion bar in Midtown Atlanta and it seriously impressed. The vibe is chic without trying too hard - think moody lighting, stylish crowd, and a playlist that could’ve come straight from a Brooklyn cocktail lounge.

The small plates are bold and flavorful - crispy rice with spicy tuna and Thai wings hit the mark. The cocktails are where things really shine though: creative, balanced, and a little adventurous. I’m still thinking about the Thai basil gin one.

If you’re into NYC-style spots with personality and flavor, this one’s worth jumping on early.
