Waited over an hour for our pizzas from an online takeout order, only two out of three came out, couldn't wait any longer, so left without the third. They either need more people or more efficient processes.
I came into the store at 7:45pm, and am now leaving at 8:30.
First of all, staff aren’t even wearing hairnets. Line is a mess, toppings are everywhere.
Manager on duty said that he is too good and doesn’t need more than 2 people in the store. He then proceeded to give my pizza to someone else and put an ungodly amount of olive oil.
I went in the line to have it remade and the other employee said I’d have to get behind the other 4 or so people in the line. Manager (after at least 5 minutes or so of conversing with the other customers) walked over and starting remaking my food.
Unprofessional. Ridiculous. I’ve seen better from this location. This is like a night and day difference.
Please get in contact with me to resolve this issue.
Delicious food! Love the pizza so much!!! This location is a little slow, but luckily worth the wait!
I ordered one pizza and it came out an hour late without the toppings I ordered. By the time the workers realized the plain cheese pizza that had been sitting on the counter was mine, it was cold. The workers reheated the cold pizza and took it out about ten minutes later. A lot of other people were also waiting for a very long time.
No lids for your drink the guy working the counter was rude. All I asked was if there was a certain area to pick up to go orders. He literally just stared at me. Didn’t ask my name or say it’s over here etc. I finally had to say so what do I need to do. Then he said “people be tryin me today”. Well I’m not a mind reader. This was my first time visiting and will be my last . -love Karen
Never order online here. Your order will be ignored and you’ll walk in to pick up your order that already you paid for then stand there for 20+ minutes past your pickup time and watch people literally walk in, go through the line, and have their orders made and ready while you’re being told yours is “coming right up”.
They should remove the option for online service entirely if their staff have 0 interest in honoring online orders. This has been a recurring issue with this location and I don’t know why management hasn’t corrected the disregard they have for online customers by now.
I have no idea what happened at this location. It used to be clean, quick, and enjoyable. My last two visits have been so off putting and weird, the employees randomly lock one side of the restaurant and force customers to walk all the way around to get to the opposite entry and when people look confused they just rudely point to the other side of this building. This time I show up to get pickup and online order for lunch and there’s a gross sign on the door saying they aren’t open until noon? Then alert the online ordering system if you aren’t open so it won’t let me order pizza from a CLOSED restaurant. The whole place just seems poorly managed and they’re letting anyone working there distract hours and what entrances people are allowed to use. Not to mention how gross and sticky the whole place is. DO NOT TRY THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY
Ask for David. Buddy definitely knows how to make a pizza, and he's someone that actually enjoys his job enough for the pizza to be made right. He definitely knows God by the way the Carnivore was made. I can't vouch for anyone else's work ethic but his!

We ordered a couple of veggie pizzas, pizzas were burnt out. Did not check them at the store since we were in a hurry and it was a to-go order. They tasted like coal. Attaching pictures.

All Blaze restaurants make the same decent pizzas. They're not comparable to those at Varuni Napoli, Antico, Fritti, or Varasano's, but still decent.
Pizzas are light (thin crust, won't ruin your diet), crispy, and yeasty. Sauce is tangy. Cheese is typical mozzarella and the right amount. Toppings are standard ones, with some healthier ones like broccoli. They ask if you want sea salt and oregano at the end.
All in all, a good place to have lunch.

Pizza was “cooked” but dough was chewy. Felt like I was eating a grown up version of Chuck E. Cheese.

Service is always on point. However, today there was definitely a mess. The place looked dirty and littered and my food was burnt. I usually eat-in. Unbecoming of my usual experience.

I ordered a build your own, and they didn’t have the simplest ingredients. It was pretty early in the day (11:30am) so I was shocked since they open at 11am.
What’s the point of a build your own if you are out of ingredients, and this also tells me they aren’t fresh ingredients (not that I expected they were).
Few staff members were rude while others did a majority of the work. Funny enough, their system asks for a tip too!

In Google says it closes at 10pm. It's closed at 9:30pm already
