My wife and I went in to the midtown location this week and had a great experience. Michael greeted us and made the ordering experience a good time. His customer service and professionalism made our time there great.
I realize I came at a busy time during lunch rush, and the staff were in the middle of orders. A woman with braids reluctantly walks up to take my order. Mind you, it is a bit loud with everything going on and I barely heard what she said, so when I was placing my order, I noticed she was very irritated.
