I'm not a fine dining expert so I will just say that none of my party of 5 complained about their order. I had the Georgia Trout, and there are several fish dishes on the menu as well as an array of steak choices. I'll focus on service which was excellent, our server was very helpful and the salad and main courses were served by several waitstaff, so that everyone received their food at the same time. The presentation of the food is attractive and the house salad and bread was excellent. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really the selling point if you are going to spend a lot of money on a dinner. It's a very comfortable, rustic restaurant, the tables are not too close together, and a large fireplace was perfect for a cold January evening. It was my adult some birthday and our server brought out a large, delicious slice of chocolate cake made with nuts and ice cream, easily shared by all five guests. There is valet parking or self parking in the whole foods garage. A good choice for a special occasion.

Blue Ridge Grill is a lovely restaurant with a cool lodge ambience. The food is always excellent. If you can, request for Alex to be your server; his service is always top notch. I would also like to provide some constructive feedback. If you go early expecting to get a pre-dinner drink at the bar, good luck. Unless you are sitting at the bar, you are ignored. I know they are busy, but this where another bartender behind the bar would be most helpful.
