I'm not a fine dining expert so I will just say that none of my party of 5 complained about their order. I had the Georgia Trout, and there are several fish dishes on the menu as well as an array of steak choices. I'll focus on service which was excellent, our server was very helpful and the salad and main courses were served by several waitstaff, so that everyone received their food at the same time. Blue Ridge Grill is a lovely restaurant with a cool lodge ambience. The food is always excellent. If you can, request for Alex to be your server; his service is always top notch. I would also like to provide some constructive feedback. If you go early expecting to get a pre-dinner drink at the bar, good luck. Unless you are sitting at the bar, you are ignored. I know they are busy, but this where another bartender behind the bar would be most helpful.
