Understaffed for airport morning traffic. One manager running both sides. Nice but frustration shows in male worker. His hands were shaking. He was easily disturbed when i thought i ordered extra hot coffee. Manager gave me incorrect item. Cost is high for regular coffee

This Boar’s Head Café was busy on a Monday morning at 7 AM and was running efficiently. I asked for a croissant with egg. I asked them to remove the cheese. The server was cheerful and happy to help. She actually added additional egg in the absence of the cheese. Nice touch. I got through the line quickly. My order was...
