Boba Theory Emory Point

I’ve been a couple of times and most I’ve had great interactions with the staff. One time sometime in the fall of 2019, a staff member yelled at me for not drinking my tea correctly while trying to leave the store. I didn’t know I needed instructions how to drink bubble tea. What if I liked to drink it in my own way? Loose the attitude. Usually the service is fast and the drinks are kinda of sweet, some workers skimp you on the boba pearls and some are generous.

I go here bout once a week -- great atmosphere and even better service.

Love this place! I have to stop to get my boba fix. So many choices of flavors and toppings. My favorite is the taro smoothie with a coffee jelly.

The boba is good, place is quiet. Don't have much by way of desserts.

Good service. The Bubba Tea was okay, more on the warmer end. I was hoping for more creamy taste. It was different.

Nice atmosphere. Good teas, slushies, smoothies etc. Thevpoppong Pearl's are sweet but add a nice little surprise.

Visited for the first time today, so only tried one boba tea, but it did not disappoint! Right amount of flavor and sweetness. People working the shop were very nice - I left smth behind and after I walked away out one of the guys caught up with me to return my things! Thanks again:-)

This is a cute boba tea shop and I think if you live in the surrounding area it's really convenient. The guy who took our order was very nice but it was clear we had never been there before and he didn't bother explaining how to customize our order. The tea was good but didn't taste better than another other boba tea place I've been to. They did get our drinks out to us very fast which was great.

It's good. They don't open on time, got there at 10:25, the door was locked and noone in site.

This place unfortunately is cursed by its location - they receive a steady influx of customers because it's conveniently located (right across from CDC and right down the street from Emory) and there are no cafes (or "coffee shops") in Emory Point. However, it really falls on the bottom of the quality totem pole of bubble tea shops. Sharetea is so much better. Boba Theory has poor selection and all the fruit-flavored milk teas I've tried taste very "synthetic" (like fake flavor and aroma). They also never seem to get "less ice, less sugar" correct. They usually add full sugar and either full ice or no ice. Today it was no ice. The inability to get the proper sugar level is the reason I've decreased my visits. The kids who work there are friendly; the two stars are for them. I really wish a quality coffee or tea shop would move into Emory Point.

My 1st time here and drinking boba tea. Clean environment and just right sweet tea. Go visit you wont regret !!

An amazing study area! Definitely a great place to go to drink tea while studying for your stressful classes. Atmosphere is amazing and staff is friendly!

I usually go to the shop down and morrow and they're so much better but this place is ight I guess.
