I was welcomed in by a friendly young lady as soon as I entered. She immediately took my order and accepted my payment. By the time I filled my to-go cup, my order was bagged and waiting on the counter. I usually only come into Bojangles for breakfast. And I get the same thing - a side of eggs and Reg Bo Rounds. Today I was feeling famished and I added a chicken thigh. I don't know why, but when I have a hankering for fried chicken, Bojangles is not at the top of my list (usually KFC, Popeyes, & Church's, in that order). This location is very hit or miss. They’re always out of something. Then they always want you “pull up”, and once they bring your order to your car it’s wrong. They have AI taking orders which provides a different total than what the cashier says. Also if you order the same order through the app, it’s cheaper than in person.
